An amazing 7 day break. Rooms and the actual hotel is so clean and aesthetic, the pool is lovely and the food every day has been amazing. staff member called Eiloy was absolutely fantastic and as was Mario. Absolutely loved every minute of the stay and will 100% be back again. The all inclusive drinks were not watered down at all either. The only negative thing I would say is one particular staff member behind the bar was quite rude but everything else was absolutely perfect and definitely will be back!
Just finished a wednesday-saturday stay at the hotel, and overall had a great experience. The room is quite small but good quality (you only need to sleep there). The first night my air con didn't really get cool but it was fine the remainder of the stay. The food and drink quality is decent - probably on par with any other restaurant or bar you'd find around the area. The bar staff are very friendly and good fun. Although I didn't take part in any of the activities, they always looked fun and the staff running them had a lot of energy. The man who handled my check in and check out was really friendly and helpful.
I chose this hotel for my first solo holiday. As a 43 year old woman travelling alone, I wanted somewhere that felt safe and wasn’t too big. Being near the beach was also a must. The hotel didn’t disappoint. Lovely rooms and facilities and lovely staff. In particular Eloy on the entertainment team made my stay feel so fun and welcoming, he was funny and entertaining and always had time for a chat! I was nervous going away alone for the first time but would highly recommend this hotel if is your first solo holiday too.
Lovely hotel not far from beach. Food and drinks excellent. Staff friendly, helpful and hardworking. Only complaint would be small rooms and no drawer space but not a problem if staying Only a few days. Rooms kept at a nice temperature and beds comfortable.
Nice and good value hotel, I used easy jet holidays, all inclusive at end of May, 4 nights, £500pp. Perfect weather. Beach very close by. Entertainment in evening was lacking, only 1 good show during visit. Food was mostly OK, not amazing. No free evening snacks which was disappointing. Pools towels cost 2 Euros for 24 hours. Nice shops nearby. Lots of buses to get you to towns nearby to see caves.
