We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The rooms were very clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very family-friendly and perfect for children. There are plenty of swimming pools, and they also have a great Kids Club where you can safely leave your children while enjoying some time for yourself. They offer lots of fun activities for kids, including face painting, drawing, movies, and much more.
The food was also very varied, with plenty of options for different tastes. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay, especially as a family with children. Highly recommended!
Special thanks for the kids club ladies
The best All-Inclusive Hotel in Antalya - I've been there already two times. The rooms are spacious and contain everything you need. However you won't spend your time there anyways, cause the pools and the part of the beach attached to the hotel are amazing. You can basically enjoy the sun on a deckchair, than jump to one of the pools/sea, and repeat this process till the end of the day. The bars are marvelous - you can enjoy a nice cocktail (and there are plenty of them) anytime you want. Every evening you will experience a nice party. The hotel has also a direct bus connection to the city center. Apart from that, the animation crew is amazing - I can really recommend a morning gym with Kris and Dart with Vera! I can recommend Club Hotel Sera for everyone.
My sister and I are currently staying at this hotel. We are so impressed with the staff and the quality of the service. One of the entertainers Emre has ensured we enjoyed our time, he has told us about the local attractions, he also does a brilliant stretch class every morning and taught us a card game. The food is also really good, many options every night, as well as multiple on site restaurants! Highly recommend
Absolutely fell in love with this hotel!
This is a beautifully renovated former casino hotel, and they’ve done a fantastic job. There are plenty of bars serving great coffee, refreshing drinks, and awesome cocktails. The amenities are endless: multiple pools, excellent restaurants, a sandy beach, a rocky beach, and even a platform out in the sea. Plus, the daytime animation and evening entertainment programs keep things lively and fun. High recommendations!
We stayed at this hotel for a special occasion, and the staff provided us with 25 plastic cups for a proposal setup. Unfortunately, a few were accidentally damaged by candle flames. I immediately informed reception, apologized, and offered to pay, and was told not to worry about it.
The next morning, the hotel charged the engaged couple €100 for the cups instead of speaking to me, even though I had organized everything. When I tried to discuss it, I was refused access to the manager and told it was not negotiable.
I understand being charged for damage, but the lack of transparency, the high fee for plastic cups, and the rude handling of the situation left a very disappointing impression.
