We got a room in the new building opened in 2026 – the rooms were amazing, clean, tidy, and had everything you need, with the minibar refilled daily. There is a smaller heated pool, access to a mini aquapark, and the hotel also has an indoor pool, shops, and a spa. The service was truly top-notch. The mini club itself could use a bit of renovation, but the animators were very nice and deeply engaged. Overall, I highly recommend paying extra for a higher room standard – it’s definitely worth it
We stayed there for 10 days as a family with 2 small children (2 and 4 years old). Unfortunately we were in the older building which was technically still ok. The newly built buildings were still not 100% complete and while we were there before the busy season started, somethings weren't really working as they should (the small restaurant next to the Waterpark was empty a few times even though they should have been open?). Service was ok - I feel like they were still getting into the groove. While we were there it got increasingly busier which was overwhelming at meal times... I couldn't imagine how it is during the high season. Sometimes finding a decent spot to sit was a bit tricky and when it's super busy I could see this as a potential problem. Food was ok! There was always something to find to eat and they had an extra kids buffet with typical kid food even a picky eater could find something they liked. It was clean but often at the toilets there wasnt toilet paper but I think it's because the dispensers were just not the best (couldn't get anything out). The beach was really good but unfortunately there are huge stones in the water which you could really hurt yourself on. But we loved being at the beach, you just need to be cautious. The beach was a sand beach and the kids were busy for HOURS building and digging. Honestly it was an absolutely beautiful vacation there. I would probably go back. Price was decent, location was very good, it was clean, food was ok...
We're happy we could spend our spring holidays in such a beautiful place as Melas Club Prive. It's located along the wonderful seashore and a promenade that leads to an antic city of Side. The hotel itself is exceptional in every detail- from a stylish interior of the lately opened main building, luxurious rooms to well-mainteined bars and restaurants. All served meals feel like in a best restaurant, thematic evenings with an international cuisine every day. A full variety of mouth-watering food that you can't even resist (desserts look like small masterpieces). We're amazed by the kindness of a staff, everyone's smiling and willing to offer best service to guests. I can recommend the place for a stay and would gladly return next year. Thank you once again for making time unforgettable.
The most interesting place during our vacation was mini club. Our kids were involved in various activities and every day they were different. I’m really grateful towards people who work there especially Nadia, Elif, Sedef, Ceren and Cemre.
Was in the new rooms (June 2026) room new and clean, staff friendly, food good. You can choose between beach, pool and water playground. For price i paid to quality level very good
