The five-star Club Side Coast hotel is located in Manavgat. It offers a luxurious experience and complimentary Wi-Fi.
For couples and pet owners
It is ideal for couples who want to enjoy some spa and wellness time. Pet owners are welcome, and there are accessible facilities for guests with reduced mobility.
It's a budget hotel and meets expectations. The rooms aren't the best and need updating, but it's not for relaxing; for basic tasks, it meets expectations. The food is quite poor. As this is my eighth visit to Turkey, I definitely give the restaurant a 2/5, which is a poor score compared to other hotels in a similar class. The pools are okay, as is typical in high season. The service is very friendly. The nightly shows are very interesting, a big plus; everyone will find something for themselves. I recommend this as a budget option.
The room is about the only good thing I can say. Very clean. Cleaning staff were amazing.
IF YOU ARE ENGLISH, AVOID THIS HOTEL.
This Hotel is the mainstay for German and Russian guests. The food is solely based on their cuisines and is in no way cared about. Sloppy, mushy mess. Snack bar is reheated food from the day before. The same burger was on the pile from the day before as it had a distinctive marking on it.
When i approached reception, she was shocked that we were English and chose to stay here, had we knew, we wouldn't have but, LoveHolidays don't exactly look into that part.
Location is not the best but for those who don't mind a good few miles walk/drive, have at it.
Overall, a solid 2 star.
I recently stayed at Club Side Coast Hotel, and while the swimming pool and beach were great, the rest of the experience was a nightmare. The food was absolutely disgusting—everything tasted old, overly salted, and poorly cooked. It was clear that no care went into the meals, and it left a bad taste in our mouths (literally and figuratively) every time we tried to eat. Worst food we ever had!!!!
The hotel was packed with rude guests who constantly pushed in line and showed no respect for others. Most of the staff seemed miserable and uninterested in helping, which made the entire atmosphere uncomfortable.
As for the rooms, they were in a terrible state. Everything was falling apart—the furniture, the fixtures, and especially the old, barely functional TV. The air conditioning was just okay, The bunk bed was nearly impossible to climb up, making it a challenge to get any rest.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It desperately needs a major overhaul and some serious improvements to both the facilities and the staff’s attitude. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
Good variety of food.
Clean by the pool area and by the restaurants. The animation team does a great job for both adults and children.
The ones that lower the rating are the rooms it could be cleaner.
Thank you older women in the snack bar you do a fantastic job and the food is fantastic.
Overall a successful stay. On the plus side, beautiful beaches, hotel pools and the weather.
This hotel should by only 3 stars
Unfortunately, the hotel saves on many things
Disadvantages
- food is always cold, heaters are off, long queue for dishes prepared on an ongoing basis (fried fish, kebab)
- food sometimes old, not fresh
- food rarely added
- some of the dining rooms are closed despite the fact that people have no place to eat and go around confused with food looking for a free table
- too few people to service the dining room, constant lack of clean cutlery.
- turning off the lights in the dining room at 8:55 p.m. even though there are still people in the dining room
- poor knowledge of English among older reception staff
- air conditioning off in the dining room
- air conditioning off in the lobby
- piles of dirty dishes in hotel corridors (unfortunately Russians regularly take food to their rooms)
- old sunbeds and decaying changing cabins on the beach
Advantages
- rooms cleaned every day
- nice pools
- good animations
- friendly bartenders
- friendly young staff
- good transfer to the beach
