We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Flora. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, creating amazing views throughout the day. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everyone made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, the common areas were well maintained, and the entire resort had a relaxing atmosphere. The food offered a great variety, with fresh dishes every day, and there was always something delicious to choose from. The pools, beach, and gardens were spotless and perfect for both families and couples. The Mini Club was absolutely amazing! The staff were friendly, caring, and fantastic with the children. This was our first time at the Crystal Flora Hotel. We were the first to check in at the hotel in 2026, and upon arrival, we were presented with beautiful flowers because we were the first guests. A pleasant man helped us carry our bags to our room. The rooms are simply gorgeous, and the view and decor, both inside and out, are beautiful. The food is top-notch, everything delicious and varied. There's so much delicious and interesting food that we can't keep up, and the delicious views make us want to try everything. The staff is very kind and welcoming, everyone tries to help and create a comfortable environment, everyone says hello and smiles. It's a wonderful atmosphere to be in. We are truly impressed with the service, the abundance of the bar, restaurant, and the staff. Thank you to the hotel for such a warm welcome; we'll definitely be back.
