We are still staying at this hotel, and so far it has been one of the most disappointing all-inclusive experiences we've ever had. Considering the high price we paid, this is simply unacceptable. The food is terrible. Most dishes are completely tasteless, repetitive, and prepared with little care. The variety is extremely limited, the quantities are often insufficient, and the restaurant itself is dull and uninspiring, with only one main buffet. If you decide to market your hotel as an all-inclusive resort, then you should invest in experienced chefs who can deliver food with quality, flavor, and variety. Unfortunately, that is clearly not the case here. We chose this destination because, as a family, we wanted to try something different instead of going to Turkey. Looking back, for the same price, we would have chosen Turkey without hesitation. The difference in food quality, variety, and the overall all-inclusive experience is enormous. Don't get fooled by the glowing reviews or the attractive photos. They do not reflect our experience. We are genuinely disappointed and already regretting this choice.
We had a wonderful stay at the Majestic Hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The service was excellent throughout the hotel – from the bars to the restaurants, the staff were always friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from, and the selection of drinks was equally impressive. The pool was clean and pleasantly refreshing, offering the perfect escape from the summer heat. Overall, a fantastic experience with great facilities, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sunny Beach. ☀️🏖️🍹🌊
Hotel looked very nice with very nice view. That view didn’t last long though because of the unlimited all mighty grants shots. Had really fun time, but the pool bar staff made it even better. Thanks to Tuana, Viki, Reni and Wun Wun. Yessirrr 💪🔥
the hotel was good but most importantly the staff at the pool bar. wan wan, viki, reni and tuana (kanka) were super nice. they are professionals they knew that grants was our drink. they are the best if anyone thinks differently they are simply wrong.
Hotel is great, there are a lot of activities. Rooms are spacious and clean, mini bar is also a nice touch. Plenty of food, however the quality could be a bit better. Kudos to the bartender Preslav who made our stay great, with making some great cocktails 👌
