It’s an excellent hotel; we are here on a family vacation. The apartments are superb. The food is top-notch—10 stars! The staff is wonderful and really strives to please everyone; we especially appreciate the work of the entertainment team. There are plenty of leisure options for every guest. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Elena, the entertainer; she really knows how to connect with the younger generation—her approach is spot-on. My son is thrilled with the soccer and volleyball activities held under her expert guidance. Thank you so much!
Our stay at Emelda Sun Club was very pleasant. The resort is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with green surroundings, a lovely beach, and many opportunities for relaxation. The food was varied, and the staff were generally polite, friendly, and willing to help. We would especially like to mention the bartender, Ünal, who made one of the best impressions on us. He prepared special and unique cocktails with distinctive and delicious flavors, making our experience even more enjoyable.
One suggestion that would further improve the experience is the music and evening atmosphere. During our stay, almost every night the music was mainly in Russian. This was not very suitable for guests from other countries who had no connection to the Russian language or music. It would be better to have a more diverse selection, including Turkish, European, and international music, so that the atmosphere would be more suitable and enjoyable for all guests.
Overall, we had a very good experience and would recommend the resort for family and relaxing holidays.
We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a large and beautiful garden that made the surroundings feel peaceful and relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful and always welcomed guests with a smile. The food and drinks were good, and there were plenty of activities for children, so they always had something to do.
The service throughout our stay was very good. I would especially like to mention Ferhat at the bar. He was always kind and welcoming, and he made fantastic cocktails. His friendly service made our stay even more enjoyable.
We like this hotel and coming here every year per 10 years. Very tasty coctails and food. Entertainment on the top. Thankyou very much entertainment chef Kuba. We will come here more.
