We thoroughly enjoyed our seven-night stay at this hotel. The food was very distinctive, and we especially loved trying dishes we had never had before, such as hilopites. The lounge bar was particularly excellent, with a great selection of drinks, all of which were very well done. The beach is beautiful. Although the hotel is relatively far from Chania and some of the other major tourist attractions, this was easy to manage, as there are plenty of car rental companies nearby. Our children also had a fantastic time. The kids’ club and the evening activities were especially impressive and honestly exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would be very happy to come back.
A very good hotel, spacious rooms, very clean, good food, friendly staff, who speak communicative English, a very well-functioning kids' club, a great water park, even on the beach, full service, serving drinks. Live music in the evenings, which was a huge plus for me. The hotel itself has a very well-functioning car rental office. The hotel surroundings are simply magical, with well-kept greenery everywhere. Every employee is very friendly, there's nothing I could find fault with. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.
We had an amazing stay at the hotel, from the moment we got there we were made to feel very welcome and relaxed, check in process was very easy. Our room was lovely very clean, beds and pillows very comfortable which to us is important. Good food at a hotel is also important to us and the food here is top notch, so much choice and there are five different a la carte restaurants! We had the pleasure of going to four of them and the food was superb. The staff in each of the restaurants were so friendly/professional and made each meal very enjoyable. The pool is very nice, so big and there is a quieter section at the top end closer to the beach which never really got too busy. The spa is included which is great, I used the steam room a good number of times and there was never anyone in it. The indoor pool has a nice jacuzzi and five different water jets so this was all very relaxing. We did go to the beach a few times and it was also very nice there and we never had trouble finding sun loungers there or anywhere else at the pool or waterpark. The water park was also very nice and there were never any queues for the slides. The cleaners and maintenance staff keep the whole place looking immaculate! The Gardens, pool areas, spa, beach and food areas are all kept really clean and spotless. Every morning we seen them jet washing the paths around the pools and making everything looks spotless. The entertainment was fun and we really enjoyed the greek music night, those guys are top musicians! We would like to say a special thank you to Ivana (I think that's how her name is spelt, she has dark hair and glasses) who works in the main restaurant, she always has a smile on her face and interacted with us. The kind gentleman named Stratos who works at the smaller pool bar near the room we stayed in was also very friendly and happy, and always made us feel very welcome. Despite feeling unwell one day he was still putting in 100% effort. I think these kind of staff should be looked after. The only reasons we gave four stars for service is that it would have been nice to have seen the mini bar in the room stocked up with some drinks and snacks, some premium bottled beer at the bars and restaurants would have been nice too. We've stayed at other 5 star hotels in Greece and have seen this. Also some of the main restaurant and bar staff look like they don't want to be there, and look annoyed if we asked for something, like we are inconveniencing them. This didn't spoil our stay though! On the whole a very nice hotel and we would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants somewhere amazing to stay in Crete!
We visited Euphoria Resort for a day by the pool, and it was a fantastic experience. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere, excellent facilities, and everything was clean and well maintained. It was the perfect place to spend the day. We would especially like to thank Michalis and Vasiliki, who were serving us throughout the day. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always had a smile on their faces. Their excellent service and positive attitude made our visit even more enjoyable. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. A big thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Euphoria Resort!
(stayed in September 2025 )Amazing stay will most definitely be returning!! The rooms were spacious and very modern, the balcony was good but the sea view was from a distance from behind trees so although you could see the sea it wasn't quite what we usually get (fully sea view rooms were booked). The restaurants were very very good, definitely book your al a carte in as soon as you can and make use of the extensive entertainment programs (we did pilates on water and water zumba which was super fun). My partner enjoyed the gym, had a very nice view and the bar was insane! The drinks were soooo good, all branded alcohols with drinks being made infront of you so most definitely not watered down and you can get bottles of wine from the bar too. The hotel offers an excellent taxi service to nearby towns/villages which I would definitely reccomend especially in the evenings! They had a vitamin bar during the day where you could get freshly squeezed juices, and the variety of lunches you could get from different places was great. What won me over was how kind the hotel staff were to the stray animals that sometimes wondered onto the ground, didn't shout, didn't shoo them off, fed them and gave them water and let them get on with their day which no one minded! The beach was well looked after. There was one bartender that I remember who was called Victoria who was super lovely!
