My mother and I send a night here to visit Zermatt and the Gornergrat. The hotel was amazing! We were greeted very warmly and friendly, our room was amazing: modern, clean, nicely designed with an fanatic view on the Matterhorn. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant (Ovis): just great! Nice service, good food and a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast left no wish open and they even brought us our luggage to the train station and we didn't have to go back to the hotel to pick it up after we spend the day at Gornergrat. So we were able to catch a train just 5min after leaving the Gornergrat train back home!
Don’t debate, take your family here. The staff was lovely, we had plenty of room for my family of four. I also didn’t realize that when I booked through hotels.com, both breakfast and dinner were included. Breakfast was a solid buffet offering but the dinners were EXCEPTIONAL. Daily rotation of a five course meal with an incredibly polite and accommodating staff and food that was out of this world. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Quite hotel with beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Staff was extremely helpful with insights. Town is super easy to walk to from location. Hotel has a free transport to and from train station. Rooms were nice and you share a balcony with neighbors but it’s partitioned off. Will stay here again when in Zermatt.
One of the best time of life experiences! Starting from a seamless shuttle service from the Zermatt station to the hotel, located a bit far from noisy street. Wonderful solution from the staff helping solving error of myself to accommodate. See perfect view of Matterhorn 2 days of three from its astonishing Matterhorn view room. Best friend package from the official website is definitely recommended to have best experience here including half board, welcoming drinks, 25 minutes massage for two and welcoming Champaign of Laurent-Perrier.dreamlike two days gives me and family a unforgettable memory and I can’t wait for our next visit.
