We were there with a 2 yo and spent 5 good days there. The food there is amazingly good (except the Asian night ;)). Most of the staff is working with a smile which is also a huge plus. A bit walking distance from the main buildings to our room but it’s manageable. Just our daughter is too young for the day care center as she doesn’t wanna stay alone there with the caretakers which is a pity for us or then our stay will be simply perfect. Walking distance to the beach is just what u need for summer (or anytime). The campus itself has lots of playgrounds (indoor + outdoor) and also activities for them to make them busy. A bit German skill will make ur stay more pleasant and easier but it’s not a must. WIFI and mobile data connection are a bit weak but it’s bearable. Or just focus on the alcohol and good food like us. Highly recommended.
The place has everything it needs. The buildings are quite old style, thought very tidy with decent renovation. Our apartment was spacious to host a family. Little kitchen is there as well as all necessary amenities. Outside of corona regulations it would have been more fun. Now kidsclub is closed, swimming pool as well. Personal is very polite and friendly. Restaurant has good options for food and drinks. Homemade wine and beer are really really amazing! One downside is the road to the hotel, there is no pedestrian way and construction works are ongoing still. Distance to the beach is around 1km.
It was a great and unique experience being there for three nights. The best thing is that kids have freedom to play around the hotel freely and parents can also rest and enjoy without being worried. There is also a small warm pool to spend time and enjoy. Thanks to reception staffs which give child small gifts and drinks and also restaurants staffs for preparing high quality, delicious meals.
The room is fantastic and the staff is really helpful. For some reason the heating is turned off though it's still really cold outside. Overall we love the place. It is truly family friendly as advertised. The location is wonderful.
The best place you can go with kids. Extremely well maintained, very good food, friendly staff and for kids is an absolute paradise.
