A wonderful, family-friendly place. I trusted my gut when booking this hotel, and it paid off! The location right by the sea is fantastic. The building itself is a bit dated but totally fine for a vacation. The buffet is convenient for having variety, though the food quality could definitely be improved. Luckily, there are great local restaurants just a 5-minute walk along the coast. With all the great amenities provided, the easy beach access, and the warm, friendly staff, this is the perfect spot for families with kids looking for a peaceful, hassle-free holiday.
The hotel was nice and we had a lovely experience, although the property is a bit dated. The rooms were clean and tidy with functional, though older, interior. The beach is clean and located right outside the hotel. Our only real issue was the food; the buffet selection was very limited and fell below expectations. Everything else was fine.
The hotel stuff was very friendly. There usThe food has variety. The pool has warm water. The hotel has dorect access to the beach. I enjoyed my experience there.
Our stay at the hotel exceeded all expectations! We would especially like to highlight the animator Hugo, who truly brightened our holiday with his energy, enthusiasm, and genuine approach. Our daughter couldn’t wait for the mini disco every evening, which Hugo organized perfectly. We are currently staying at another hotel and can clearly see there is no comparison. Once again, thank you Hugo for the wonderful memories – thanks to you we will gladly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.
We spend a week there on AI family holiday. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location. You couldnt be closer to the sea. You leave the hotel and you are literally ten steps from the public beach. The beach is rocky of course, but there is an area for kids with shallow water and just small rocks. But water shoes are a must. Also it is near the town centre, but far away from the crowds.
The staff is excellent, very helpful and polite, definitely open to the needs of the guests. The food is also good, wide variety of dishes, you can eat outside on the roofed terrace or inside, in the air-conditioned restaurant. You will not be hungry, on all inclusive they serve the food almost all the time, and there is also a beach bar open all day with drinks, ice-cream and popcorn.
The rooms - they are clean, quite big, comfy beds. However, the AC is not effective enough. It is hot. The rooms from the back are worse, no nice view, and some rooms get very noisy because of the huge air-conditioning machine just under the balconies. Watch out for that if you are sensitive to noise.
It is a good place for families with kids, there are animations for them and as far as I could see the kids seemed to enjoy them.
Things to improve - the rooms could be refurbished, for sure AC in the rooms should be better. Also the coffee in the bar is not very good.
