We stayed at the Georgioupolis Resort Spa & Aqua Park to celebrate my birthday. The amazing experience started way before our arrival. Firstly, the hotel staff kindly accommodated three of us in a reservation originally intended for two, they responded fast and clearly via email. Once at the hotel, everyone was friendly and always with a smile on their faces. The food is simply delicious, facilities are lovely, particularly for families and the beach and beach service are great, all the staff went above and beyond to help when we couldn’t connect to the table service. On my birthday day, the staff organised a birthday cake for me, a super thoughtful detail I wasn’t expecting. Overall, and to the entire team, thank you for such a pleasant experience! I would definitely recommend staying at Georgeopulis Resort Spa & Aqua Park.
The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to the beach. There were quite a lot of activities for children and some for adult. The food was good and fresh, although, I wish there were more to choose from. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The only snag was the weighing machine at the reception. It only funtions for 10seconds after putting 1€ to weigh your luggage. It should be free as a courtesy to guests or completely removed from the reception. I will definitely recommend it and will be going back.
We were there for about nine days in October 2025. Great weather. Excellent service. Delicious food. Only our room was quite worn out, even though all the rooms were renovated in 2024. Major issues were fixed within 24 hours. Excellent service – especially Effi and the reception team were wonderful. Thank you!

The best customer service we have ever received! All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Big thank you to Steffani who was so helpful and made our stay extra wonderful! Myself and my family are vegan so staying at hotels in Greece can be challenging. Not this one! We were looked after by the head chef who served us up some of the best vegan food we have eaten. We eat it lots of top vegan restaurants in London and this was a good as! 😀 I am pregnant and my son is autisic and we were so looked after. Thank you so much to all of the staff at this wonderful hotel! You made the last part of our holiday one to remember!
Gorgeous place with an amazing staff. The location is perfect- not too far away from Chania or Rethymnon. The beach is beautiful, clean and not stony. Excellent food and drinks, very clean. Kids club, aqua park, spa- all to be recommended. Many german customers but don’t worry english speaking people, the staff is very flexible and very eager to help you with anything bothering you. It’s a must see and a must stay in place😁
