We had a great time at Tagoro and really enjoyed our holiday here. Everyone was very friendly and there was always something going on.
Adri from the Kids club was so lovely! She was always smiling and was really sweet with the kids. We also had so much fun at the Mini Disco with her and the rest of the team, they were all great and made us laugh a lot.
Definitely one of our favourite parts of the holiday. Thank you Adri and everyone at the entertainment team!
We were a little concerned before arriving given the large number of negative reviews but we needn’t have worried. The staff and service were excellent particularly the waiters Gabriel, Luis and Stephen in the Timanfaya restaurant and all the chefs cooking on the grill where the meals were delicious. The Gold level pool was also lovely with attentive bar staff and life guard who kept clients safe as well as keeping the environment super clean and tidy. The location is quiet but allows an easy walk to the beautiful playa mujeres or a stroll to the marina or further towards play blanca main resort. Overall, we had a lovely week here. Thank you to all the team.
We have had a lovely holiday. The rooms are so cute for the children. The different pools are fab. Leo has been amazing with our oldest son, he makes all the children feel so welcome & keeps them entertained none stop throughout the day he is brilliant at his job & we can’t praise him enough. All the staff have been lovely. We will definitely be returning to this hotel the kids have loved it.
Excellent family hotel — we’ll definitely be back!
We had a fantastic stay at Gran Castillo Tagoro. The hotel is excellent for families, with loads for kids to do and lots of different pools to explore and swim in.
We had the Gold package, which gave us access to the Gold Solarium Pool, including the heated half pool. The kids absolutely loved it. The kids’ club was also brilliant and runs twice a day, which gave them even more to enjoy.
The food was fresh every day, with plenty of choice and always something for everyone.
Also, each night, the entertainment crew put on excellent shows, for adults and kids alike. They were brilliant.
And, to top it all off, the service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Luis, Ana, and many others who made our holiday extra special. We will definitely be going back next year.
The hotel resort is family and kids friendly. The staff is very attentive to customers’ needs. From the breakfast restaurants, to the pool bar serving delicious cocktails, to the dinner buffet and the many entertainments offered by an amazing animation and entertainment team, the staff is very hard working, available to offer a great holiday.
The hotel facilities are well thought to welcome parents with children and infants and offer all we needed for a well rested holiday. The many pools and jacuzzi’s almost 10 in total allow parents with babies as well as toddlers and young teenagers to enjoy swimming according to the ages.
Long chairs are available everywhere making it easy to sunbath, no queue no waiting.
Changing diapers areas available in many toilets, microwaves in bars and restaurants facilitate baby meals and baby bottles to be prepared anywhere anytime.
The rooms are very spacious (apartment surface), bathroom is large and all rooms equipped with a terrace or balcony with facilities to dry swimming suits and towels. Rooms are cleaned daily with outstanding care. Water bottles are replenished, empty minibar allow to store baby food and water. A touch of care from housekeepers who arrange baby toys and give extra plastic bags to throw baby diapers was very appreciated.
Our baby daughter loved so much the entertainment team who always had a smile or nice gesture and fun with her making her first summer holiday a wonderful time.
Thank you to all Gran Tagoro team who made our holiday wonderful.
We highly recommend and would definitely be back.
