Would have scored 5 stars if the beach was closer. Having said that the marina is only 10 minutes away. The checking in staff are very helpful with accommodating amendments where required. We were impressed with the variety of food including special curry dishes. We enjoyed the entertainment on most nights every evening for children and adults. There are several pools and indoor pool. The only negative is the lifts tend to take forever.
One of the best hotel I have been in Turkey. It is real nice price=quality. The animation was really amazing. They really do their best to make you feel fun and enjoy. Especially Jelly was very friendly and nice to us. Definitely worth to visit. Hope to come back✨🫶
Loved it. Great hotel, decent size rooms. The chamber maids make them spotless they are also lovely ladies. Great pool for the kids with some slides (great for adults too 😆).
Entertainment was basic, there is a couple very good shows though. Kids entertainment gets a bit repetative but kids don't mind and thats what matters.
Food was decent, good selection. I am gluten free and there was an allergen member available every night. The first two nights I had to annoy the staff member to show me less obvious foods I can eat and on the 3rd they added allergens to the food labels. Hotel is good for wheel chair users. 10 min walk to beach and less to get to local shops, bars and eateries.
Taxi from hotel to the bazaar shopping a fair 600tur lira.
The hotel has everything you need to suceed. Great spa, 2 shops, tattoo artist, doctor, hairdressers / barbers, photographers, day trips / beach activities.
We liked our room, it was comfortable and well-designed. The only downside was that our refrigerator was broken, but overall we had a comfortable stay. The restaurant was very clean and the food was delicious. I would have liked more variety. The hotel staff were generally good, respectful and friendly. The animation was great!!!! Both the kids' club and the adult animation were fun. A huge thank you to Ozzy in particular!
This hotel is truly incredible very family friendly, the staff are unmatched so kind, attentive and welcoming. I can’t fault this place at all. A special mention to a few members of the animation team Ozzy, Melike and Ejae these three really have made such a difference to our hotel really getting to know us and our kids. Ozzy is a very bright and lovely character who makes everyone feel welcome and makes a special effort with all guests. Melike and Ejae truly made my kids entire holiday nothing was too much to ask of either of them. The wait staff in the restaurant and garden bar have become like family and all the amazing staff we will miss.
