We spent here 5 nights in the all inclusive fare. It was amazing! We loved everything! The location of the hotel, with direct access to the beach, the size and comfort of the rooms (very clean, with fridge refilled every day, bathroom with shower and bathtub), the diversity and quality of the food. Everything was great! Importantly, the hotel is rightly staffed so that you never feel left out and everything looks clean. We will definitely be back!
We had a great stay at this Grifid hotel. It's right on the beachfront with easy access to the sea and a sandy beach. Nice touch that you can't reserve loungers in advance — the staff keeps an eye on that. One small thing: because of the tides, people set up on towels in front of the first row of loungers, so it can still get crowded ahead of you. There's a bar on the beach. The pool is lovely and clean, with plenty of loungers — there's usually space for everyone. The room was decent overall, though the modern design is fairly specific and won't be to everyone's taste. The restaurants and bars really stood out. Plenty of food, plenty of seating, and guests are greeted and seated without the usual all-inclusive chaos. The food is tasty and the selection is excellent — lots of delicacies, so it's hard not to overeat. The staff are friendly and there's entertainment. One downside: parking is paid. All in all, we really enjoyed our holiday in Bulgaria — even more than Turkey.
We had a wonderful stay at Grifid Vistamar and truly enjoyed every moment of it! ❤️ Everything was excellent. The hotel was exceptionally clean, both in the rooms and throughout the common areas. The attention to cleanliness was truly impressive. We even saw the housekeeping staff vacuuming the walls and corners of the balconies, something we had never seen before, and that really stood out to us. Such attention to detail was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. A special mention goes to the animation and entertainment team. They were friendly, funny, and always made us feel welcome. They really added a wonderful atmosphere to our holiday! The food was also very good, with plenty of variety and options for everyone. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and were very happy with our stay. We highly recommend Grifid Vistamar and would gladly come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The room was very beautiful, spacious, and clean. The shower gel, which also doubled as shampoo, was very diluted and didn’t foam. I paid extra for a side sea view, but it wasn’t worth it—you could barely see the sea, and the view mostly included other buildings and trees. The lobby is too small for the number of tourists. Since it was May 1st and the weather wasn’t very pleasant, everyone stayed indoors, which made it even more crowded. The pool is very small and insufficient for the hotel’s capacity—I am referring to both the indoor and outdoor pools. The restaurant... the food was okay and varied, but there were queues every time. I also believe it is too small. Table service for drinks was a plus. However, the coffee was terrible. The space for evening shows was decent but quite cramped. The parking is very expensive—15 euros per day. Everywhere else I’ve been in Bulgaria so far, the parking fee was around 7 euros per day.
I'll be back! All inclusive hotell with multiple bars, restaurants and Spa, even possible to use the next door sister hotel with all its facilities. The service was splendid and gave our week extra pleasure, we had upgraded for access to the roof bar/restaurant including infinity pool. Recommended!
