We had a great holiday in this hotel. This is our third time in this hotel. The food was very tasty and everyday something different. The Location is also near to the beach and the shopping street. All by all we can recommend this hotel.
As a solo traveler, I always prioritize safety over comfort. And I felt so good during my stay. Great thanks to Nikita for making it even more secure and special. He was always there to answer my questions. Highly professional and so elegant. Many thanks and appreciation.
Everything was really good except some small details. The location is great 5 minutes walk from the beach and the centre. Pool area was great. Rooms clean and tidy with good a/c and soundproof. Breakfast and dinner awesome. Staff in the reception really kind and helpful. The bed mattresses are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The staff in the pool bar didn't seem very friendly and polite. You can't comunicate in English. Wifi didn't work in the room.The plates at the restaurant weren't clean enough every time we had this issue...
Location is about 5/10 minute walk from the beach. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and greet you often in the language you speak, espically Dolce Maria who remembered us from a different location 2 years ago! The pool bar staff were also friendly and were up for a chat, we received amazing service from Toni and Pepe. The rooms were cleaned daily to an amazing standard, including placing stuffed animals on the beds. This hotel was an amazing experience, seemingly enjoyed by families, couples and solo travelers.
We have a very nice experience with Groupotel Montecarlo. Hotel staff was very friendly and supportive, food was amazing, huge variety ofeat and desserts which is really nice. Location is also good, just five minutes from the beach and bus stop. One small thing is air conditioner in the room worked a bit bad, please fix it. And also gym wasn't good, they don't have equipment for full body training. Overall our vacation went very well, I would love to say thanks for taking care of us during this period. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Can Picafort.
