Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The facilities were well maintained, the hotel was clean and organised, and the overall experience was positive.
There are, however, a few areas where improvements could be made. While most staff members were friendly and helpful, I occasionally encountered situations where staff would not communicate in English, which made things difficult for international guests. The gym was also somewhat underwhelming and could benefit from better equipment and maintenance.
I was surprised that no complimentary water was available during dinner, especially in an all-inclusive setting. In addition, obtaining a beach towel required a cash deposit, which felt inconsistent with the hotel’s otherwise modern and largely cashless system based on the wristband chip.
Finally, the food was somewhat hit and miss. Some meals were very enjoyable, while others were less impressive. That said, considering the scale of catering required in a large all-inclusive resort, this is perhaps understandable.
Despite these minor issues, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to others. The positives clearly outweighed the negatives, and with a few adjustments the experience could be even better.
The rooms are spacious and have everything I needed and very comfortable.
The service in all aspects has been exceptional. The staff have been very friendly and helpful at all times and I couldn't have asked for a better service at all times of day.
The restaurants I have been to on site are excellent and I will miss the food here. The Sakura Teppanyaki restaurant was the highlight of the holiday in terms of food. High quality food with great service.
The pools are the best I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing in any hotel I have ever been to and the amount of sun loungers is large so you don't ever find yourself stuck for somewhere to sit or lay out by the pools.
The location is perfect. The back leading out to the beach and surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants and other shops is very convenient.
I highly recommend the H10 Conquistador. I have had such a great two weeks here and I am sad to be leaving.
Definitely highly recommend this hotel.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The food quality is great, with a lot of dishes freshly prepared right in front of you at the buffet. We always enjoyed our meals here. The cocktails are truly cocktail bar quality—made with premium brands like Bacardi and Havana, and very well prepared.
There are plenty of sun loungers by the pool. The evening entertainment was also fantastic.
The rooms were spacious and well-maintained.
Great location, right in the center.
I would definitely book this hotel again
Some Shadow at the kids pool would be nice
Absolutely stunning hotel .
Everything you could wish for and more
Great location , great staff and amazing views.
We would have loved a room higher up as we had no view from our balcony other than a bush but it didn’t stop us enjoying as we spent little time in the room .
Amazing pool with a sea view which was like a warm bath and a little van with refreshments nearby , special shout out to Pedro and his great music taste .
Room adequate for our needs and spotlessly clean throughout with regular room service and clean towels .
Entertainment was good and we spent a few nights in but mostly out and about as such a beautiful resort and we like to walk a lot .
We are going to book again now for next year ! Thank you Conquistador for a lovely and much needed holiday celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary .
I went Here for 12 days and it was amazing. The food was amazing. The people was amazing , and I had the best animation team that I could have with Javi, Chiara, Anouk and Alexander. The location was perfect, rather than the buffet and a big shopping street. I want to come back when I can.
Everybody needs to go and it is for child and parents.
