Great holiday, hotel was clean, great facilities, great location and staff were super helpful. Food was a highlight - great selection, what a spread! Again, cooks, chef, waiting staff were all so helpful and friendly. Bar staff were friendly and made the best cocktails 🍸 Entertainment was really good for early season, always something to do but was just as fun by the pool. Beach was a short 5 min walk and local shops and bars. Would defo go again!
The hotel was beautiful we had a lovely holiday the staff in restaurant went above and beyond same with the staff at the bar and check in desk the rooms were spotless everything was apart from the fact we had an issue on the day we checked out where my wife Apple Watch was stolen from room after we checked out we phoned the desk to let them know and they said to phone back later to arrange delivery back home but when the cleaners went in to clean our room for the next occupant they said watch was no where to be seen even though it was in plain sight when we left when phoned the hotel to question this they denied it I then proceeded to tell them that we can track the watch where it showed it was moving and I know it wasn’t a new occupant who had it because we phoned as soon as we were on the transfer to airport and like I said was in plain sight so they would’ve seen it they hung the phone up on me as soon as I said about the watch being tracked so unfortunately due to that incident it left a bad taste
This hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in! The service was excellent, with extremely friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms were spotless and perfectly maintained, and the bar was simply fantastic. A special mention goes to Coach Bicher — he was absolutely perfect and highly professional when it came to the activities and night entertainment. He really made the experience unforgettable! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.
The highlight for me was definitely the staff — they were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made a big difference in our stay. The food was also great, with plenty of variety to choose from. Unfortunately, I think we were a bit unlucky with the room we got, as the air conditioning wasn’t very strong and the bed wasn’t as comfortable as expected. That said, the hotel’s location is fantastic — just a 5-minute walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!
We spent a week there and highly recommend it. The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from, and the pool was beautiful. The hotel is located close to the beach, and from our room on the 6th floor we had a stunning view of the pool and the sea. The bathrooms could be in better condition, but it was not a big issue.
