Great value for money. The hotel is indeed outdated but everything is spotlessly clean. The spa area was compact with everything we needed. The staff was extremely helpful. We advised in advance about our plant based diet and the chef and waiters always made sure we had a lovely plant based meal. Also for breakfast they provided plant based cheese, milk and yoghurt. They went above and beyond. Thank you!
-September 2022-Very good quality of food, drinks, snacks and room for the price. Clean throughout. Nice view of the mountains from every room, dining room and terrace. Room with balcony non paved. Pillows too soft for our taste, no soap in the shower but only by the wash hand basin. Good WiFi connection. Spacious sauna, damp bath, relaxing area; infrared cabin not working. Very polite and attentive personnel and owners. Car park on site.
