We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. The staff were extremely rude. Except for Yulia, Lukas, and Sofia, all of the other staff members were unfriendly and responded to us rudely. We would like to thank these three staff members for their kindness and friendly attitude. The pool is far too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. The children’s pool was not operating, so all the children ended up using the main pool, where the kids’ animation team was also holding their activities. The food was really disappointing. If you don’t like fish, you’ll find that there are hardly any other options. I even had to eat bread and cheese for dinner. The hotel’s location is excellent, but the rooms are not. The bed separates in the middle, and there is no ventilation in the bathroom. We will never come back.
Rooms are a little dated but fine. Bed was comfortable, shower was working and bathroom accessories were present. Room was cleaned on daily basis. Airco working perfecly. Service is very good. Most of the staff speak little to no english but they put in the work. When we needed something it was properly taken care of. The hotel is located next to the beach at a 20meter walk. Best does not own a piece of the beach, but you can rent beds 5 euros a piece.
You can’t sit outside with a drink and have it in a class they make you drink out of paper cups. The food is good However the “all inclusive drinks are 💩 “ let me tell you that! I did not drink alcohol all week because of how nasty the alcohol was. If you wanted the good stuff you have to pay .. Also security guard is a jobs worth… Would not come back
Amazing hotel, grate views and Lovley big rooms, only downside is we ordered a taxi through reception for 5x people + luggage in one big van and the reception didn’t inform us that they booked two separate small taxis instead of one big one so the fee was 140 euros just to get back to the airport instead of 70 euros and all reception could say is it’s not our service but a heads up would’ve been nice as we would have organised our own return if we got told… all in all a good hotel just don’t trust reception booking you anything
Worst hotel experience ever. Allocated to the worst room 133 of the hotel, with an abandoned shop and noisy parking view, kids screaming right under the balcony. Wifi didn't work, neither did the shower. Asked to change the room but got told all the rooms are occupied, but I was able to book a room for the same night on Booking.com. When they were able to offer to change the room 3 days later, they asked to pay 10 euros more per day. Hope the whole story is a joke.
