Hotel has everything needed to sped your vacation nicely! A lot of attention by the staff, various restaurants (Pizzeria, Greek and Mexican), together with the ordinary all inclusive one. Good prices, simple but well equipped and maintained rooms. Direct access to the beach with its own, inner swimming pool, bars and playgrounds. Animators taki g care of everyone during the day and night.
of money for this holiday and expected a much higher standard of service and comfort. Unfortunately, the overall experience has been far below our expectations. The food quality is mediocre and does not correspond to the price paid for an all-inclusive resort. In addition, some of the restaurants located on the hotel grounds are not adequately equipped for guests during periods of extreme heat. For example, the pizzeria’s outdoor seating area lacks sufficient sun umbrellas, making it uncomfortable and, at times, impossible to enjoy a meal outside during the hottest hours of the day. It is the responsibility of hotel management to ensure that guests feel comfortable, valued, and willing to return in the future. Sadly, based on our current experience, we do not feel encouraged to return to this hotel and would not recommend it to others. We sincerely hope that management will take these concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements to both the quality of service and guest facilities.
Staff should be required basic english..we encounter some of the employees that is hard to communicate with. And working with this kind of area staff should be more accomodating..we are a little bit disappointed some of them of the worker is cold feels like not welcome..hands up to the entertainment group they are the one making this hotel runs... The best of this hotel is the location..the beach we cant complain ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⛱️. No aircondition in the room at the time we stayed here last week so need to open the balcony door and the next day we are full with a mosquito bite🦟🦟..(bring a mosquito repellent just in case)
The location is a bit far from the main attractions, but overall we had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was good. A solid choice for a relaxing holiday. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’m honestly left scratching my head wondering how this place keeps a 4 star rating. While the cleanliness is actually quite good, the state of my room was a total mess. The TV wasn't working, the shower was blocked, and the mixer tap was completely broken. The most frustrating part? Maintenance works being done even at night. The food is not grand chef quality by any means. This is such a poor experience and definitely wasn’t what I signed up for.
