A little disappointing in all honesty, and felt a little mislead. The term all inclusive is very loosely applied, and is only applicable at the pool bar and not at the beach. The lido is not part of the hotel and it is at least a 200m walk outside of the hotel property to get there. The food is excellent and the matre and waiting staff at the restaurant are the only shining lights. Check-in took 30 minutes and we had to wait 6 hours for our room despite calling the week before to confirm our early arrival (with a 6 month old baby this was a rough start to the holiday). The rooms are dated and well below a 4 star standard.
This hotel has a nice look, comfortable common spaces. The triple room we booked was very spacious. There also was a balcony with a fantastic view on Peschici. Three restaurant food was great, very tasty. The three swimming pools are very spacious. The beach is close and particularly beautiful.
