This is a modern and friendly hotel. The staff members are warm and always helpful. Our Bulgarian language is so poor and they alway switched to English for us. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. As with many Eastern European buildings, watch out for the elevator -- there is no gate and the moving wall is exposed to the careless visitor! They have laundry service, breakfast, and even can heat up your take-home leftovers (too much food at the wonderful Riviera Restaurant!). It's located a 2-minute walk from the Danube, so every morning was a refreshing stroll for us.
First time visiting Vidin. The hotel was pretty nice. The staff was polite and the rooms were clean and tidy. We really enjoyed the rose infused shampoos and soaps. The location is also really good, you are 30-50meters away from the Danube river. 10/10 experience. Bring mosquito repellent its a must.
Very nice and clean place to stay for work or rest. Great location that gives you the opportunity to be in the city center or the riverside area and walk on the banks of the Danube river or sit and eat fresh fish in one of the restaurants along the river. Very kind and responsive staff. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is an option to order breakfast and dinner, which are very tasty.
This is a FABULOUS hotel. Staff are so helpful and a accommodating. Rooms are lovely, beds are comfortable and water is always hot no matter what time you decide to bathe. Breakfast is a cold buffet but we were offered hot French toast too. Staff are amazing and always try to accommodate any request.
Great hotel for a 1-2 day stay. We stayed here one night when passing through Bulgaria, nice hotel, close to the Danube River.
