I’m still a guest at this hotel, but I wanted to share my experience for anyone wondering whether it’s worth staying here.
Honestly, this place is fantastic! In all my years of traveling, I’ve rarely met such friendly, kind, and genuinely caring staff. Everyone is incredibly helpful and has truly made our summer vacation the best one so far.
This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it’s warm, cozy, spotless, and you really feel that the guests are well looked after. There’s a free shuttle to the beach, a lovely clean pool, daily entertainment for both kids and adults, the option of a late check-out, daily housekeeping, and the food is also good.
This hotel has really made our stay special, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming holiday.
The hotel is amazing! Everything is clean and always well-maintained, and the food is absolutely delicious. The entertainment team is funny, organizes great games, and they're handsome too, haha! You can easily talk with them and spend time together. The pool is clean, and the surrounding area is beautiful as well. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! ☺️
We had stayed at this hotel three times before 2020, and everything was always great, which makes this visit right now even more disappointing.
The room we were given was filthy. There was dust everywhere, and the floor was so dirty that our socks turned black after walking around. Housekeeping is not done daily, and when it is, it is only a very superficial clean. The bed linen was clearly not fresh either—the pillowcases had a strong women's perfume smell, making it obvious they had been used before.
The mattresses were terrible. You literally sink into them, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The clothes drying rack on the balcony was also broken.
The food is mediocre at best. There is very little variety, and the same dishes are served every day for both lunch and dinner. The drinks are of very poor quality, and the entertainment almost non-existent.
Overall, this hotel has deteriorated dramatically compared to our previous stays. It's very disappointing to see such a decline in cleanliness, food quality, comfort, and service. Unfortunately, we would not return or recommend it in its current condition.
Nothing about this hotel other than just PERFECTION! To start with the restaurant i can say that there so much variety of food! Clean hotel, amazing rooms. The animation was ONE of the best we have seen…so much energy and party. Kids loved playing on activities as well the adults! Will visit again for sure!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The animation team was excelant Yoan Joro Alex and Victor were brilliant and make our holiday perfect.I look forward to visiting again.
