Do not stay here. We booked a 2-night stay for a family of 5, expecting a proper room after being promised a quality setup. What we received was an absolute nightmare.
Instead of proper beds for 5 people, our room was equipped with a piece of foam placed directly on the floor and a single corner sofa. To make matters worse, the staff explicitly told us they did not even have bedsheets. They handed us dirty duvets and unwashed pillows with zero sheets to cover them. It is completely unsanitary and disgusting—we couldn't even sleep.
The rest of the hotel was equally disappointing:
Dirty & Unusable Bedding: Expecting guests to sleep on dirty pillows and bare foam mats without sheets is a massive health code failure.
Freezing "Thermal" Pools: The kids' pool was freezing cold, making it impossible for our children to enjoy the resort's main feature.
Terrible Food & Service: The food was awful, and the staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to our situation.
This resort is far from a 5-star experience; it feels like an overpriced hosteling nightmare. Save your money and stay somewhere that values basic hygiene and customer respect.
For me, this was a fantastic location: just outside the city, with plenty of parking, making it easy to set off by car and explore different places nearby.
The indoor and outdoor pools, along with the aquapark, were a highlight — perfect for children and a lot of fun for the whole family.
The only downside was the absence of a smart TV. In the evenings, we would have enjoyed watching something together in another language.
Despite being a 5-star hotel, it barely seems like it's worth a 3-star. It must have been really good a long time ago, but now its rating needs to be reconsidered. One gets the impression that the management has not been involved in the hotel for a long time and is not very interested in it.
It feels quite old now, which is evident in the quality of the rooms. They're spacious, but they show signs of wear and tear. Our room's ceiling was stained with brown spots. There's no complimentary water in the room; I asked at reception, and it's the first time I've ever been advised to drink tap water! For a 5-star hotel, this level of hospitality is unbelievable. It's wonderful that your tap water is so clean, but for this price, you could have gotten a bottle of water in your room. Almost all the lockers in the spa are broken; I had to try about 10 lockers before I found one with a working lock. There are also no benches in the spa; you'll have to do acrobatics to change your shoes. Slippers are not provided. I've stayed in 3- and 4-star hotels in Sarajevo where the rooms were much more comfortable!
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing, especially considering that it is advertised as a 5-star property.
The service was extremely poor, particularly at the spa. What was especially surprising is that hotel guests, despite already paying a very high price for their rooms, are still required to pay an additional fee for a sunbed by the pool. The pool itself was also extremely cold, making it difficult to enjoy.
Another surprising issue was that there was not even complimentary water provided in the room, which is something we would consider a basic standard for a hotel of this category.
The staff were neither friendly nor helpful, and overall the level of service was far below what we would expect from a luxury hotel.
Considering the high room rates, additional charges, lack of basic amenities, and disappointing service, I would definitely not consider this a true 5-star hotel experience.
· We had an excellent stay and were particularly impressed by the outstanding buffet breakfast. The selection was incredibly diverse, offering something for every taste. In addition to the usual breakfast favorites such as freshly prepared eggs and omelets, cereals, fruits, breads, tea, and juices, there were also unique options that are rarely found at breakfast buffets, including fried chicken, chicken and fish nuggets, and rice. The wide variety ensured that both adults and children could find meals they enjoyed.
Another great advantage was that the kitchen is Halal-certified, providing additional peace of mind for Muslim travelers.
The swimming pool and water park facilities were exceptional and well-maintained. They offered endless fun for guests of all ages, making this hotel a perfect choice for families. Overall, the combination of excellent food, family-friendly amenities, and high-quality service made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation.
While our overall stay was pleasant, there were several maintenance issues that require attention. The balcony door handle in our room was loose and did not function properly. Similarly, the toilet flush buttons were loose and appeared to be in need of repair.
We also noticed that many lockers in the changing rooms near the swimming pool were out of service, which was inconvenient for guests. In addition, one of the elevators was out of order throughout our stay and remained unrepaired during that time.
I would encourage hotel management to pay closer attention to property maintenance, as addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
