Very charming boutique hotel, beautiful common area around the pool and yard, perfectly located just a few steps away from the lovely old city and harbour of L’île Rousse (great city beach right there with crystal clear water).
High quality accommodation, with very friendly, helpful staff at this boutique like hotel. Things are done with thought, in rustic, simple style. From the charming breakfast area, the pool, to the well designed bathrooms in the rooms. Less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of L'Île-Rousse,. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Breakfast was simple French but fresh fruit and bread. Choice of jams and cheeses too. The pool was regularly cleaned and despite being busy there were usually beds by the pool. Pool towels were just €2 per person to hire, which we thought was fair. Town was less than a 10 minute walk away. My only complaint was the lack of bin and when we asked we were told to take our rubbish to the roadside bins and recycling. Apart from that we felt staff were polite and helpful, and the room comfortable with quiet air conditioning.
Hotel Casa Rossa was a great funny. We were in Corsica during summer and the swimming pool was essential. Rooms are very comfortable with air conditioning and are recently renovated. Friendly staff, on site car parking and walk to town.
The hotel itself is good, but their is pretty much no cleaning done in the room, you got to pay for the pool towel (wasn't written anywhere), no food/ drinks served after 11am, and more importantly very rude staff, the manager was just not service oriented, or showed any kind of manners. I'd recommend going elsewhere.
