We had a really lovely stay here and would definitely recommend the hotel. A huge highlight for us was the amazing ladies at reception. They were genuinely so warm, friendly and accommodating, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They really made a difference to our stay and deserve a special mention. The breakfast buffet was also very good, with a good selection and plenty of choice each morning, along with the staff offering to make something fresh if needed. The only thing I would suggest the hotel invest in is a properly stocked first aid kit. We unfortunately needed some basic first aid supplies during our stay and there were none available. Given the location and the age profile of many visitors, I think having essentials such as bandages, dressings and antiseptic available would be really worthwhile. This became particularly noticeable on a Sunday when almost everything nearby was closed and there was no pharmacy available, meaning the only option was to go to the Malteser urgent care centre for something relatively minor. Aside from that, we had a very positive experience. The ladies at reception were absolutely fantastic and were easily one of the best parts of our stay, the hotel was very accommodating and the breakfast had a good selection buffet. With a small improvement to the first aid facilities, it would make an already great stay even better.
The Hotel was nice and in good location. Just few minutes walk to St James church and loads of shops nearby. But there was no kettle in the room so you cannot have coffee and tea anytime, you need to buy from the reception if you want. There was no iron in the room so if you want to iron your clothes you need to pay €2 each cloth. The worst problem I’ve encountered was the attitude of the kitchen staff and the foods. We came in big group so obviously they should prepared ahead of time, there were only hotdogs and scrambled eggs for the cooked breakfast and many of us didn’t even got the chance to get some because they were too slow to fill the chaffing dish and you can see their faces that they were not happy every time they checked that the dishes were empty. There was no milk and sugar. I was going to bring 2 cheese triangles and 1 pack of patte in my room so I can just have cheese and crackers instead of waiting for the hotdogs and scrambled eggs, one of the rude staff told me that I wasn’t allowed to bring food inside the room and I already had my breakfast. I’ve been to many places in Europe and stayed from 3-5 stars hotels but this is the first time I’ve encountered this kind of treatment. Then I’ve noticed that the breakfast they were serving with the other guests were different from us. I can feel the discrimination. We paid for our accommodation with breakfast and dinner included. The dinner they served were blunt, so I decided not to have my breakfast and dinner at all after 3 days because of the rudeness of the staff. The staff should have a proper training on how to deal with their costumer. They should be friendly, kind, approachable and patience, and they should know how to smile. I hope you can do something to improve the service of your staff.
A very nice new hotel situated in a lovely quiet area. Staff are well trained, polite and so helpful. Rooms are clean, tidy and well hygiene. Breakfast is a varied open buffet. Dinner food is yummy, but it is one dish only and table served with white and red wine. There is beautiful terrace for guests to enjoy. The parking is spacious. There are lots of supermarkets, pharmacies and souvenir shops around.

My stay at Hotel Luna exceeded all expectations, with incredibly welcoming and professional staff who made me feel right at home. The accommodations were immaculate and ideally suited for a solo traveler, offering all the comforts I could ask for. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and made my mornings perfect before exploring the area. The location couldn't be better - everything I wanted to visit was within easy walking distance.
