It was generally bad... Basically the rooms are like 2 star based on equipment and beds and how the bathroom looks like. Also... everywhere the smell of cigar smoke. The food...well the food was a "bit" terrible... some things were recycled from previous meals and thown in the next scheduled meal... some things looked and tasted sour and expired. Anyway , point is... food was very bad. Buffet was really limited and more expensive than a very good local restaurant. The staff was generally friendly but does not make up for the terrible food and really bad rooms and sub par service. If i could go back in time i would pick another hotel.
Great location. Prompt service. Issues sorted prompty. Rooms although cleaned they were not cleaned properly : dusting hasn’t been done , bed sheets not changed, toilets not cleaned daily. It is a shame as the rest of the service was good.the food was plentiful and was good.
Very disappointed, I had to pay over 1300 lei just for the room for 4 nights. The rooms seemed to be ok at first sight but to discover that the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, the soap supports were not cleaned and had dry soap all over it, the plastic glass meant to be used when cleaning your teeth wwas not clean and some residue was left in it. The bed sheets were full of holes in it and on top of this the room service, didn't open the door for all 5 days, no cleaning have been done and no towels have been changed. Not what I expected. I'm very disappointed. The only thing we enjoyed was the live music and the food. 😔 I felt like in communism not having access to internet in the room and only in the lobby. If I went outside the lobby door the internet was gone. Not acceptable.
No WiFi in the rooms, the staff can't speak English. Beds not so comfortable. There's a great view and tasty (but sometimes too salty) food though.
Bathroom terrible and tiny, fan not working, AC works but looks like a germ dispenser, only 2 small elevators where you have to guess the buttons, and don't touch the food. Extremely bad food and very expensive. Bad bed, you can feel each spring. Only one very small window in the room with no mosquito net. Would not recommend coming here.
