Here's a polished version of your review:
The hotel is lovely, modern, and well maintained. I particularly enjoyed the buffet restaurant, which offered a good variety of food. During our stay, only one restaurant was open for meals, although there was also a snack bar available in the late afternoon.
The location is excellent for beach access, with the beach just a 4-minute walk from the hotel.
One area for improvement is accessibility. The hotel is not particularly disability-friendly, as there are stairs leading to both the pool area and the lounge bar. We visited during the quieter season, so the pool area was never overly busy. I did not see a lifeguard on duty.
The Wi-Fi was often unreliable and quite limited, so I mostly relied on my mobile data instead.
Unfortunately, some of the staff in the dining restaurant occasionally appeared to be sniggering at guests, which made us feel uncomfortable at times.
On a positive note, the reception staff were very helpful throughout our stay, especially the manager, Nasko, who provided excellent service.
Overall, despite a few shortcomings, we had an enjoyable stay and would return to the hotel again.
Nicely renovated, very good service from the staff. Parking is near by, paid in cash only. Food was great diversity and good quality. Drinks were local only - beer and mastika was nice, the rest of the drinks not. You cannot order wine from a wine list/menu. Pool was small for the amount of people. Nice beach area. Overall between 4 and 5, but I give 5 stars for the efficient staff :)
The hotel is very nice , the staff is very nice and especially animation team
Stefan and Niky were the best animators ever. They did amazing shows every night, they helped everyone become friends. Amazing games every day like darts, archery and very nice gymnasts in the morning and in the water. Over all they made my stay unforgettable and I’m very thankful to them
Rooms were great and food was good. However Wi-Fi is worse than a gas station. The restaurant has no Wi-Fi at all. And smoking is everywhere in the restaurant food courts patios near and among children people are smoking constantly. This is very sad.
Staff is mostly rude in my opinion. Especially some of the ones on the front desk.
It is very surprising that they don’t have someone who does the first aid, which they don’t even have a first aid kit. I have cut my hand in the ocean and it was relatively deep cut so it was bleeding. After talking to the front desk, I got a small band aid after 5 minutes. I am an adult and I can take care of myself but there are so many kids here. What are you going to do with something like this when it was a kid and urgent?
Food was nice, even though it was repetitive. But be careful for the seaguls, the steal your food if you don’t watch out for your plate.
Im still happy about my trip but I hope a manager sees this review and takes action.
