During my stay at this hotel, specifically in Room 404, I found the room to be very clean overall, with the exception of the bathroom, where there appeared to be mold on the wall behind the door. The bed linen was clean, towels were changed daily, and the bathroom was stocked with extra toilet paper as well as complimentary soap, shampoo, and shoe polish. The air conditioning worked well. Unfortunately, the refrigerator in one of the rooms was not functioning. The quality of the food was disappointing. Most dishes were of very poor quality and tasted highly processed, as if made from powdered ingredients. The water had a very unpleasant odor and taste, making it difficult to drink. The only items I genuinely enjoyed were the desserts served with meals, along with the fresh fruit and vegetables. The staff were very friendly and communicated quite well in Polish. The hotel also offers access to a swimming pool and sauna package for up to six people at a cost of €60. The pool was generally fairly clean, although the water was rather cold. One downside is that access to the pool requires walking outside from the hotel. Another drawback is that outside food deliveries, such as McDonald's or KFC, are not permitted at the hotel. Overall, the hotel offers clean rooms and friendly service, but the quality of the food and some maintenance issues leave room for improvement.
Avoid this Hotel, old and poor quality rooms . Breakfast is low quality including the service. Hostels are better than this .It isn't worth the price . The manager wasn't available when required, one of the receptionist didn't return the change , and when asked she furiously claims that she have already returned the change . When I asked for the camera to be shown when the money was given , she threatened to call police. Probably she collects small change from many customers
Hotel would need a little update. Everything seemed a little old. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Fun thing that cleaner lady did not respect the do not disturb sign. Otherwise U get what U pay for.
Rooms was awful, on the floor there was a strange stain, in the shower there was a fungus and the room was stinky. Service was nice, food was okay.I don't think I'll go back there again.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, too much noise from the other rooms and also walk way(corridor) banging doors till very late at night(2am) the wall is so thin that you could hear everything going on in the other rooms, found previous user hair on the bed, my door was knocked on like twice, I couldn’t sleep, I’m not going there ever again! And the picture posted on booking isn’t what we get, that was what we were expecting, but sadly we were giving an old smelly room!
