We had an amazing time during our summer holiday here! From the moment we arrived, every member of the HSM Atlantic team made us feel genuinely welcome.❤️✨ A special thank you to Silvia at reception. She was incredibly helpful and made our stay so comfortable. She always greeted us with a warm smile whenever we walked past the reception desk, which really made a difference. The F&B team, especially Raquel, Hamad, and everyone else whose names I may have missed (including those in the restaurant area), were absolutely wonderful. They were always attentive, friendly, and kept checking if we needed anything. Such thoughtful service! The entertainment was another highlight of our stay. The lead MC, Mr. Morini, brought so much energy and enthusiasm every day, especially with the children. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does. The evening shows were fantastic and gave us something to look forward to every night. We stayed for 10 nights, and it honestly felt like a home away from home. We had a wonderful experience overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Silvia at reception and Maria for their outstanding service and kindness. We'd also like to thank the bar staff, Raquel, Hamma, and Carlos, for always being so warm and lovely. We also really appreciated the excellent service and kindness of the restaurant team, especially Jesus, who made us feel very welcome. The food was also very good, with a great variety of tasty options that we really enjoyed. We thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment as well. Although we don't have children, it was clear to us that the entertainment team did an amazing job keeping the kids happy and engaged. They also made sure there was something fun happening every evening for everyone to enjoy. A special thanks to Moorinny, the entertainment leader, for his kindness, enthusiasm, and excellent work. We had another wonderful stay in Spain and, once again, everything exceeded our expectations. What I appreciated the most was the staff. One of the reasons we keep coming back is that many of the team members have been here for years. Some of them have been working at the hotel since my very first visit in 2013, which creates such a warm and familiar atmosphere. A special thank you to Raya and Rachel, who were absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. And many thanks for the delicious Aperol Spritz! One thoughtful touch that really stood out was on the morning of our check-out. We had an early departure, and the hotel kindly served us coffee, toast, an apple, and a pear before we left. Small gestures like this make a big difference and show genuine care for their guests. Honestly, I cannot say anything negative about this hotel. For the price you pay, you receive service and hospitality that go above and beyond expectations. Absolutely brilliant hotel. A fantastic first holiday for our son. So many happy memories made. Rooms and downstairs interior so comfortable and modern. I felt that our room could have been slightly more thoroughly cleaned between guests- though not major. The children’s pool was our highlight- our toddler loved it. Two spacious pools. Plenty of sun loungers. We loved that there was an activity room for kids and a little play park. Bar and restaurant staff were brilliant. Staff are so hardworking, welcoming, friendly. We felt really welcome. The food was brilliant as well. So much choice, brilliant quality. Drinks were perfect. Brilliant location. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!
