Me and my family stayed at this hotel for 7 days from first arriving we noticed that the local area was not well maintained and quite dirty streets and the hotel from the outside was quite rundown and not well maintained. when we entered the hotel we noticed the same thing and there was an unpleasant smell and not much entertainment for kids. The pool was too small for the capacity of guests that were there and the second pool is the same plus it was too deep for my kids and lots of adults without kids were in the family pool which became very overcrowded. The rooms weren't cleaned very well at all and the management weren't very helpful at times. The food wasn't at all 4* as there wasn't much food choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cutlery was never cleaned at any point and the plates always had bits and stains on them. The hotel did not prioritise sections of the hotel to classes of guests they mixed up elderly people with family's and young party people and the walls are very thin. Us and many others kept complaining to management that there were groups of young adults coming in at all hours of the morning and being extremely loud for hours on end but nothing was done about it. On the plus side my daughter suffered a head injury and the local emergency services were very good and so was the lifeguard on that day though can't remember his name he was amazing. However this hotel is on the the emergency services route and manger traffic route and all day and night you can hear the sirens very loudly and all the cars, trucks etc. There isn't really any good entertainment at night but from what entertainment there was it was very good it was ran by (Claudia, Daan and Lydia and they were excellent they were amazing with my eldest daughter gabriela she and my self give them 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) fantastic bunch of people. They were the only thing that made our stay great at this hotel.

Yassin was a fantastic host at the front desk. He helped with all every question we had . Plus he speaks 7 languages. Even when we needed to change our room for a better view, he was there to swap it for a pool view room to enhance our experience on the site. Great guy working at a great place. The beach is close to this place , the pool is nice and all rooms have a balcony. Good food in the restaurant within the hotel . They serve halal options also. Restaurants and shops right next to you if you want to nip out and grab some food .

I enjoyed a 5 night stay at Htop royal star. The food was decent, the pool was good, all inclusive package was good, and the rooms were clean and had everything you needed, bar a table for the balcony. I would happily stay here again. Unfortunately the last day left a sour taste in my mouth as me and my friend were playing cards on the balcony, playing music in the middle of the day (4pm) and a security guard banged on our door like the gestapo and told me to be quiet in spanish. I happily said yes we will turn down the music, to which he then said 'You better l am security. That annoyed me as a simple ‘Hello could you please turn the music down' would have gone a long way. This man clearly had his ego bruised by a 20 year old bloke simply acknowledging his request so maybe the hotel should take that into account when hiring security who have egotistical issues. The day of our check out I saw the security guard again and smiled at him, he gave me a dirty look and that prompted me to leave this review. Apart from that, all the staff were lovely, attentive, and I would recommend staying here.

My experience in Hotel Htop Royal star was very positive, my family and I were very satisfied with the facility. We paid for all inclusive for 4 people (3 Adults 1 child) and we believe for the price we paid (€1600 incl. flight) the services we recieved was above our expectations. For more details; The bar staff- Oscar, Jose, Hicham and Fernando were very friendly and provided a brilliant service also speaking a little polish, the drinks were also very good. Food and Staff- Tomas and Bayron were most memorable as tbey greeted us almost everyday, we were always delighted to see them around. The food was phenomemal everyday as it was a different cuisine everyday which gave us a nice variety in what we ate for lunch and dinner, breakfast was mostly the same but it was fresh and delicious. General opinon- We had an amazing time at the hotel and highly reccomend it for the price we paid, the hotel is a 10 minute walk from the beach and clubs, there's a lot of activities for kids at the hotel like water gym, bingo, archery and more. My family and I were very happy with the quality of the hotel, the staff, the food, the entertainment and the location and believe it's a great place to consider staying in.

Rooms were no frills. Beds were uncomfortable and nothing but 3 top sheets on them. Pillows were also flat. Bathrooms were dated with poor lighting and small showers. Soap and conditioner and 2 towels included. No lotion or extras. Walls were paper thin. We heard our neighbors talking in normal voices. Also a big party hotel. We had to visit the front desk several times to ask about the party at the pool that was still going strong close to midnight. Food plan is very basic. Very little options outside bread and pasta. Location is easy to walk to from other places in Lloret and easy access to bus depot. All depends on expectations. We were told we would be staying in a 4 star resort during a soccer tournament and this is not a 4 star resort. Had we been told it was a 2/2.5 star, our expectations would have been more reasonable.
