The hotel is wonderful, and the possibility to relax in the thermal pool perfectly completes the holiday atmosphere. The rooms are impeccable, the staff very welcoming, and the services are quality. I recommend with all confidence for a relaxing getaway.
Service is good, atmosphere is good, but the bed is way too soft for me. This is entirely subjective of course, but hence the 4 stars.
Nice refurbished hotel. Great breakfasts and dinners. The most important is access to thermal baths. Rooms are standard and nothing to complain about. The critical issue is Internet. It basically works only within lobby, so be prepared to use your cellular one. In general it's a nice spot to stay especially during cold months.

I travel a lot and this was the most disappointing, disrespectful hotel I have ever stayed at. The receptionist Bus Istvan should not even work in the hotel business if he doesn’t know how to speak and interact with customers. After already paying for my stay online they charged me double during the whole stay. He even ran after me in the parking lot after checking out saying that they didn’t charge the mini bar in the room that has no written information that is not included with an “All inclusive “ stay that I paid for and that he never mentioned during check out or checking in to make me aware. Most of all the staff does not speak proper English to have a conversation with on all parts of the building and the room had cob webs all over, leaky ceiling in the bathroom. I am just exhausted from trying to make it a nice weekend. Try a different place nearby
