What can I say about this place? Outstanding is probably the best word to describe it.
From the warm welcome on our first day to the moment we left, everything was perfect. The service is incredible, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. There are so many people who deserve a special mention: Eli, who welcomed us on our first day; Aliou at the bar, who was always attentive and kind; and the lovely housekeeping lady who came by every afternoon to ask if we needed fresh towels and left us a couple of chocolates each day.
The food was always fresh and delicious, and the resort itself is beautiful. It offers several swimming pools, the beach is just a short walk away, and the views over the ocean are simply breathtaking.
The last day after the check out we were able to use all of the facilities and had a space booked to get washed and changed.
Everything about this place is exceptional, but what truly makes it special are the people. They go above and beyond to make you feel genuinely cared for, and that makes all the difference.
I’ve had a fantastic stay at the Iberostar Selection Fuerteventura Palace. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and in a perfect location with stunning views and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The facilities are excellent, the food offers plenty of variety, and every member of staff has been friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.
A special thank you goes to Aliue, who has provided outstanding service from start to finish. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine warmth made a real difference and helped make my holiday even more enjoyable. It’s staff like Aliue who turn a great hotel into a truly memorable experience.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday, and I’m already looking forward to returning.
We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived, to when we departed.
Amazing staff and they will do anything to help you, reception staff amazing too any issues we had they sorted straight away. Personalised mini bar, freshly cooked food and a huge selection. Rooms were amazing and room service every day.
We will return here and we are sad to leave.
Location is beautiful right next to the beach!

We have had an amazing stay so far. All of the staff are friendly and attentive - the service has been excellent. The quality of the food in the buffet is top notch, and the entertainment at night is fantastic. This place has exceeded our expectations so far and we will definitely be returning. Shout out to Lita who was very helpful when checking us in, Shirley who has been lovely to talk to, and Alio for taking care of us with our drinks on the terrace. Thank you to all the amazing staff :)
We enjoyed a 7 day stay from the 18th April and would highly recommend this hotel and spa to anyone. It was just the 2 of us and all the amenities on offer were great. Our room which was had an ocean view was lovely and I can only say I am very impressed with the cleaning crews who daily spruced up our room- thank you. The food was really nice and definitely try the teppanyaki restaurant if you have the chance- a great show and lovely food.
Generally the whole place was really lovely and being all inclusive made our lives easy and very relaxing. Thank you to everyone who works there, they couldn’t do enough for you and they work very hard you can see that every day. The WiFi was really good throughout the building so that was great too!
We loved it and suggest you try it.
