Our stay at Ikos Dassia was simply exceptional. We have stayed at many luxury hotels over the years, but this resort truly ticked every single box. Everything is incredibly well organised, and the attention to detail from the entire team makes you feel genuinely cared for from the moment you arrive. A very special thank you goes to Bruna at the reception. She was absolutely extraordinary and made us feel less like guests and more like friends visiting Greece. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness stood out immediately. What made our experience even more special was that she took the time to check in on us throughout our stay. Every restaurant was outstanding, with exceptional food, beautiful presentation, and impeccable service. We would especially like to thank the wonderful staff members who made every meal memorable with their friendliness, professionalism, and great sense of humour: * Pantelis at Anaya Restaurant * Eirini at Provence Restaurant * Panos and Morgane at Enoteca Restaurant * Milosz and George at Ouzo Restaurant Each of them went above and beyond to make us smile and ensured that every visit was enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Ikos Dassia team for creating such an unforgettable holiday. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Ikos Dassia was, without question, the best family holiday we've ever had. We'd read a Google review on the drive from Corfu airport describing the resort's attention to detail and complimentary personalised touches, and wondered if it could really live up to that. It did, from the very first moment. We arrived just before 9pm, tired after a day of travel with young children, and Elias at front of house simply asked if we'd eaten. He waived check-in altogether and sent us straight to dinner. That small act of compassion told us immediately that Ikos Dassia was somewhere genuinely caring, not just efficient. What followed over the next six days only got better. We mentioned the review we'd read and how we'd already experienced it ourselves that first evening, and it was clear the feedback meant something real to the staff, not as a box-ticking exercise, but as a point of pride. Elias had checked our bookings ahead of each restaurant visit, and we were treated to personalised touches including bottles of champagne, off-list wines, and an off-menu lobster at Provence. The generosity culminated in a call from Yannis in back-of-house management, who kindly upgraded our room, complimentary, for our final two nights. Elias deserves a special mention. His care, compassion, generosity and attention to detail defined our holiday. We'd also like to thank: - **Becca** and **Melissa** in the lobby and lobby bar, who looked after us consistently throughout our stay - **Cristina, Grami and Eleini** in the kids' club and crèche, who were outstanding — we always felt completely safe leaving our children with them - The restaurant teams: **Camara** at Anaya, **Dimitris** at Provence, **Dimitris** at Fresca, and **Dimitris, George and Christopher** at the Grill House - The entertainment team, whose kids' shows were fantastic, particularly the performance on the evening of 3/8/26 We've come away with memories that will last a lifetime, and it's entirely down to the people who made every day feel personal, warm and genuinely cared for.

Our stay at Ikos Dassia was, without question, one of the most special holidays our family has ever experienced. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with exceptional facilities, outstanding restaurants, stunning surroundings, and service that consistently exceeds expectations. However, what truly made our holiday unforgettable was one extraordinary member of the Deluxe Concierge Team: Elias. Hospitality is often measured by standards and procedures, but Elias delivered something far beyond that. He brought genuine care, kindness, and warmth to every interaction. From checking on us each day to ensure everything was perfect, to the thoughtful surprises he arranged throughout our stay, he made our family feel truly valued and cared for. What impressed us most was that his kindness never felt forced or transactional. He genuinely cared about our family’s experience and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He anticipated needs before we even had to ask and made every day feel special. We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels and resorts over the years, but it is people like Elias who set the very best apart from the rest. He is a credit to the Deluxe Concierge Team, a credit to Ikos Dassia, and a wonderful example of what true hospitality looks like. When we look back on our time in Corfu, we will remember the beautiful resort, the incredible food, and the stunning surroundings. We already miss Ikos Dassia and cannot wait to return.

We stayed at Ikos Dassia for a week and paid around £4,000 including flights and transfers. At that price, I thought it was good value overall. However, having spoken to guests paying over €1,000 per night, I would have been disappointed had we paid those prices. The resort itself is beautiful. Our Superior Double room was spacious, clean and had a lovely side sea view. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, the beach was excellent, and the sunbeds and towels were very high quality. The complimentary water sports and use of a Mini for the day were great extras. The buffet was genuinely impressive and one of the best hotel buffets I’ve experienced, with a huge selection and high-quality ingredients including lamb chops, sea bass ceviche, sushi, stone-baked pizzas, fresh fish and steaks. The wine list was also perfectly decent for an all-inclusive resort. The biggest let-down was the food outside the buffet. The unlimited à la carte dining, marketed as featuring menus designed by Michelin-starred chefs, simply isn’t restaurant quality. Much of it felt like mass catering and prioritised presentation over taste. The “Kleftiko” in the Greek restaurant was minced lamb wrapped in filo pastry rather than a traditional kleftiko, the steak in Enoteca was dry and chewy as though it had been pre-cooked and reheated, the garlic prawns lacked both garlic and seasoning, and the calamari was clearly frozen and deep-fried. The pool and beach food was also disappointing, with items such as frozen chicken wings. If all-inclusive holidays are your usual style of holiday, I can see why many people love Ikos. However, if you particularly value authentic, high-quality food and usually seek out the best local restaurants and traditional dishes, it may not live up to the hype. I also have a dairy intolerance and this wasn’t always handled properly. On several occasions I ordered coffee with almond milk and was served cow’s milk instead, and on one occasion I was given another guest’s breakfast containing cheese. Thankfully I have an intolerance rather than an allergy, but there needs to be greater attention to detail in this area. We also had a significant issue with the air conditioning. On our first night, it didn’t cool the room properly and we had a very poor night’s sleep. We reported it immediately and an engineer attended, but despite spending around 20 minutes looking at it, the problem remained. The following morning we complained again and were told an engineer visited while we were at breakfast and it was because we’d left the balcony door open, which was untrue and didn’t make sense given the system doesn’t operate at all if the door is open. It felt like we were being fobbed off rather than the issue being properly investigated. It wasn’t until we escalated the matter to the concierge and were out for the day that it was finally fixed, showing there had been a fault all along. To the resort’s credit, the duty manager then sought us out every day afterwards to make sure we were happy and even sent a personalised map to our room for our Mini day, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, Ikos Dassia is a beautiful resort with excellent staff and facilities, and we had a nice holiday. However, in our opinion, the food and some aspects of the service don’t justify the very high nightly rates that many guests pay.

The most incredible stay at Ikos Dassia! I cannot say enough good words about the hotel! I am gluten and dairy free and cannot recommend the hotel enough. Salomi who is head of food and beverages is an absolute asset to the company. She went above and beyond making sure that every restaurant was able to accommodate my dietary needs, liaising with them before our reservations and even speaking to the pastry chef who was able to organise specific deserts that I could eat each evening. Salomi is such a kind and caring lady who is brilliant at her job and we cannot thank her enough for making every meal of the holiday so incredible. Thank you again :)
