We had such a wonderful stay at the Louise Imperial Hotel. It is a beautiful 5-star family hotel with everything you could possibly ask for.
The food was great, everything is modern and new, and we really enjoyed the beach and the pools. The family rooms are spacious and well designed, with a sliding door that gives everyone a bit more privacy. And the cocktails were amazing too!
But more than anything, what will definitely make us choose this hotel again next year is the incredible service. Everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful. Every request we had was taken care of immediately, and everyone always made us feel welcome.
A special thank you to the amazing Elena, who helped us extend our stay for one extra night after our flight was delayed at the last minute. She was so helpful and made a stressful situation much easier for us.
We will definitely be back next year!
Our stay at Imperial Island by Louis in Cyprus was absolutely unforgettable. The entire hotel feels incredibly luxurious, with a beautiful, modern design that is so new it almost smells of freshness.
The food was truly exceptional, every meal exceeded our expectations, while the cocktails were both delicious and beautifully presented. What made the experience even more special was the wonderful team. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail completed the whole experience perfectly.
And then there were the breathtaking sunsets every evening, making us feel as though we had found our own little piece of paradise. A truly beautiful hotel that we would happily return to and wholeheartedly recommend!
We recently returned from our holiday. We had a fantastic time. Hotel was amazing. The staff there couldn’t do enough for you. Everyone from the bar staff and waiters, entertainment staff went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic.
When we arrived we was greeted with the management and given a welcome drink.
Room was lovely, everything you needed was there.
Entertainment was very good. We took part in the outdoor activities ie : archery, shuffleboard, which was competitive but fun with it.
The entertainment staff were Exellent and very professional.
The food was amazing, great choices and even the fussy eater could not complain.
We will definitely be returning again and would highly recommend this hotel.
The life guards and bar staff were so hardworking, accommodating and friendly. Entertainment team also worked hard and were amazing with the kids and put on some fantastic performances. Tilly and Tommy both sang beautifully. A huge range of activities run enthusiastically by the entertainment team. The facilities are lovely with comfy sunbeds and a range of pools.
I'm writing this review on June 26 after the hotel was renovated and reopened!
The rooms are decorated amazing, super convenient, specious and creates a calming feeling.
Good shower and toilet, everything is clean well decorated and new!
There are 2 big pools, one that is with music and entertainment team, next to it cool kids pool with slides and small baby pool. on the other side another big great pool that is quiet and better for adults that wish to chill. this pool is with the view to the beach, all the surrounding is grass and green plants, really beautifull and tons of sunbeds.
We took the All inclusive package which was best value to money, great food you can find absolutely everything, starting from fresh food vegetables, yogurt, juices in the morning and longs meals that fits any schedule.-> 100% you won't stay hungry at any hour.
Great bar with drinks and waitresses that serves also beside the pool!
The hotel also have 2 restaurants, if you booked all inclusive you can book a table at the Asian restaurant or the Burgers restaurant with no extra charge for dinner.
The second best part is the location-> the hotel seats on a boardwalk that connects the hotels and beaches in the area, it allows to make long walks, exercise or just walking around right next to the beach, also 2 cool bars on the beach in 5 minutes walking on the same boardwalk. If you walk 20 mins you'll get to the old city and city center. we were with a 4 months old baby and it's totally accessible for strollers.
Great location!!!
We had great time and thank you to the hotel team!
