Ususally we do not visit big hotels but this one is exceptional! 1h from Athens Airport, hence an ideal location for the first or the last days during a Peloponnes roadtrip. The bulidung is very nice, the garden and pool area super. Rooftop: stunning! Breakfast is offerred as a real XXL brunch Buffet. But: the best is the staff! They are doing everything to make the guests happy, in an open, direct, friendly and generous way - greetings to Nikos & team. Thanks to all of you for the perfect service you gave us. We will certainly come back.

Ordinary People, Treated Like Royalty! Our family stayed at Isla Brown Hotel for just over a week, and we had an absolutely wonderful holiday. The rooms, the swimming pool, the beach, and the beautifully landscaped gardens are all stunning. Everything is clean, well maintained, and of a very high standard. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is its people. George and his team were genuinely kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The personal attention given to every guest makes you feel valued rather than just another room number. As ordinary people, we genuinely felt treated like royalty. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis, and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were varied, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant was stylish and immaculate, and the beautiful rooftop bar, with its amazing views, was the perfect place to relax at the end of each day. A heartfelt thank you to George and the entire team. Your hospitality made our holiday truly unforgettable! We leave with wonderful memories and will gladly return. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at the hotel (two parents, two children, and a baby). Everything was simply perfect — the hotel was spotless, very well maintained, and every request we had was handled quickly and without any problem. The food was excellent, with a fantastic variety of fresh vegetables, fruits, salads, cooked dishes, different types of bread, desserts, and both hot and cold drinks. There was truly something for everyone! The gym is also very well equipped and pleasant to use. We also had a massage, which was excellent! The pool was wonderful and always kept clean. From the pool area, there is direct access to the beach, where comfortable sofas are provided, so there’s no need to carry lots of beach equipment with you. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful one-week stay at this resort with my husband and our 2-year-old baby. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our vacation truly memorable. What stood out the most was the genuine care and attention to detail shown by the team. Small but thoughtful gestures, like remembering our preferred coffee and ensuring we had room-temperature water every morning, made a big difference and made us feel truly valued as guests. A special mention goes to the bar team, especially Marios, Nicole, and another bartender who mentioned he is studying medicine. Their exceptional service and warm, friendly approach really enhanced our experience. They remembered our preferences and served perfectly prepared, delicious cocktails that quickly became one of the highlights of our stay. We were also very impressed by George, the hotel manager, who was always approachable and willing to help. He went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday special by organizing a lovely dinner and a cake, creating a memorable celebration for our family. The resort has a relaxing and family-friendly atmosphere, making it a great choice for traveling with a young child. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway. The only areas for improvement would be the food variety and room soundproofing. While the food quality was good, the menu options were quite similar throughout the week, and more variety or rotation would enhance the experience. Additionally, the rooms are not fully soundproof, so it could be a bit noisy at times, although this did not significantly affect our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would happily visit again.

Although this resort is undeniably beautiful, I would not consider it a true 5-star experience. Here’s why. Location – 4/5 Before booking, I knew the resort was about an hour from Athens in a small town. The setting itself is gorgeous, with beautiful coastal scenery and landscapes. Unfortunately, the town surrounding the resort feels neglected. There are many abandoned or rundown buildings and empty lots, giving the impression that the area never fully recovered from Greece’s financial crisis, past earthquakes, or simply a lack of investment. While the resort is in a scenic location, the town itself isn’t particularly attractive. Food – 2.5/5 The breakfast buffet is visually stunning. There is an impressive variety of fresh fruits, pastries, cheeses, breads, and hot dishes. At first glance, it looks exceptional. Unfortunately, the execution doesn’t match the presentation. Many of the hot items were served only lukewarm or completely cold, which made me question the food handling and preparation. After the first morning, I mostly stuck to fruit and other cold items. Service also seemed disorganized at times. During pool service, our order was delivered incorrectly. We didn’t realize it was someone else’s meal until we’d already taken a few bites. When we informed the waiter, he simply took the plate and served it to the correct table after we’d already eaten from it. Our actual meal had been delivered there instead. That experience was honestly shocking and something I would never expect at a luxury resort. Television & Entertainment – 2/5 For a property marketed as a 5-star resort, I expected modern smart TVs. Instead, the televisions only offered traditional channels with no ability to cast or mirror content from phones or tablets. We spent a lot of time searching for English-language channels, with only a handful available. It felt outdated compared to what most luxury hotels now offer. Staff – 4/5 The staff are genuinely friendly and clearly want guests to have a good experience. Most are welcoming, accommodating, and work hard. That said, because much of the staff appears to be seasonal, service can be inconsistent. Communication in English was occasionally difficult, and some employees seemed to lack the polish and hospitality training typically associated with a true five-star property. Everyone was kind, but the overall level of professionalism didn’t consistently match the hotel’s luxury branding. Rooms & Grounds – 3.5/5 The resort itself is beautiful. The landscaping, pools, hallways, and architecture create a relaxing atmosphere, and the rooms include thoughtful amenities such as toothbrushes, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. However, maintenance appears to be slipping. The concrete floors had numerous chips, the bathtub was chipped in several places, and our bathroom faucet leaked. None of these issues individually ruined the stay, but together they gave the impression that routine maintenance and replacements are being postponed. Guests – 5/5 The resort attracts a nice mix of guests from many different countries, including couples, families, and groups of friends. The atmosphere is generally relaxed and enjoyable. Some guests are quiet while others are more lively around the pools, but overall it felt welcoming and comfortable. Overall This is a beautiful resort with excellent potential, friendly staff, and stunning surroundings. However, several details prevent it from feeling like a genuine five-star experience. Better food quality control, improved staff training, more consistent maintenance, and modern in-room technology would go a long way toward matching the luxury image the resort presents. We enjoyed our stay overall. We ate at local restaurants. The pool and beach are top notch. The play water structures next to the resort we awesome as were the people running it. All the staff were great. Grocery store is right down the street for snacks and drinks Gyro restaurant across the street
