We had a really nice stay at Justiniano Hotel. We enjoyed our holiday a lot. The hotel was nice, the food was good and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The animation team was definitely one of the best parts of our stay. They were very friendly, funny and full of energy. There were lots of activities during the day and nice shows in the evening, so there was always something to do, so you never get bored. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and had a great time here. Thank you to all the staff and especially the animation team for making our holiday even better. We would definitely come back again!
We had a wonderful family reunion here! My mother and sister traveled from Russia, while my family came from Germany, and this hotel turned out to be the perfect place for all of us. Everyone in our group truly enjoyed the stay.A few highlights that made our vacation special:
* Housekeeping: Special thanks to the housekeeper who cleaned my sister’s room — he was absolute magic and created amazing towel art every single day!* Beach Bar: The bar by the stage on the beach was fantastic. The team there is so friendly and welcoming — a huge separate thank you to them!
* Food: The restaurant had an incredible variety of food for every taste, everything was super delicious.
* Reception: The front desk team was top-notch! Any issue or request was solved within 5 minutes. Great job! 👍
* SPA: The spa team (both girls and guys) is simply amazing 👏 highly recommended!
There were a few minor downsides, for instance, in the lobby bar, guests wearing green-beaded bracelets (from Switzerland) were sometimes prioritized and served first, which felt a bit unfair.
Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel and our time together. 😊
We are currently staying at Justiniano Park Conti Hotel in Alanya with my daughter, and we are very happy with our stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The food is delicious, varied, and there is always a great selection. The beach and swimming pools are excellent, and the overall atmosphere is wonderful.
We would especially like to thank the waiter Vakkas, who is incredibly kind, friendly, hardworking, and always treats every guest with respect and a smile. He truly makes every meal even more enjoyable. We would also like to thank all the other hotel staff for their professionalism, helpfulness, and excellent service.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone and would be happy to come back again in the future.

A big thank you also to the entire Pool Bar and Beach Bar team for their kindness, hard work, and excellent service.

DONT COME TO THIS HOTEL IF YOU LIKE PARTYING!
Firstly this hotel has too many micro transitions , Wi fi, some drinks are not included, even if you want to enjoy the hotels sofa on outside you have to reserve and pay.
Thanks to animators Kofe and Burak and the uzbek girl they made this hotel much funnier.
This hotel is perfect spot for families but not much for friends and groups this hotels disco is completely empty at night maybe 1 person who dances alone, and the events are generic the ones you see at every hotel nothing special the other disco is only open till 12PM which is too early in my opinion so this hotel is very good for people who want to rest their head and enjoy quality time with their families and enjoy the tasty foods and drinks.
In our room drinks never got renewed the whole trip
