If you are travelling as a family, a warning that the spare bed mattress is impossible to sleep on. It was so cheap that you could feel the lumps from the springs digging into your back. The view was lovely and the location is easy walking distance to the Old Town sights. It gets noisy at night as teenagers use it as a drag strip to drive their noisiest cars and motorbikes outside the windows. The waterpark is fine and nice to use but as you pay a higher accommodation price to use it, overall I would say the value is overpriced. The motel is a maze though so it is easy to get lost looking to get into the park itself.
Fantastic location! Walking distance from everything, located near the port, restaurants, and the city center. Rooms are nice and clean, and suits are very beautiful and convenient, with additional storage space and balcony. The water park and swimming area are well maintained and it was nice to spend a couple of days there. Special thanks to Tuuli, and the other gent at the reception whose name I can’t recall, for taking care of us. We had a couple of situations that happened but were handled extremely well by them. Can’t wait to go back! Forgot to mention that breakfast offers a very good selection.
The spa area is in need of significant maintenance. There was limescale buildup in many places, and some of the tile grout was coming loose. The massage jets in the spa pools had such low water pressure that they were practically useless. There were no spa seat covers (peflets) or extra towels available, even for hotel guests. There was also an unpleasant drain odor at times, both in the hotel room bathroom and in the spa area. The toilet brushes were in very poor condition, both in the spa facilities and on the hotel side. In early June, the water slides were not operating in the mornings. This meant there was very little to do in the complimentary spa area for adults, and there would not have been much to do for slightly older children either. In addition, one of the elevators was out of service for at least three days during our stay. On the positive side, the breakfast was good and offered a wide variety of options. The coffee machine was a nice bonus. The room was a bit small, but the view was great. I also appreciated having a safe and a balcony in the room. There was a luggage storage room available as well. Overall, while the hotel has some good features, the spa and maintenance issues significantly affected the experience.
We had a very pleasant stay at this spa hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent, right in the city centre, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. Everything felt well maintained and welcoming. One of the highlights of the stay was the spa and waterpark area. There were plenty of options to relax and unwind, and the facilities were enjoyable for both adults and families. It was a great way to spend time regardless of the weather. The buffet breakfast was also impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, so everyone could find something they liked. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing city break combining comfort, wellness, and convenience.
Room is generally neat, tidy and spacious. Lack of window makes the room feel a bit jaily. Room had AC, but this is not controllable by customer and has some locked settings which was a bit annoying. Service was normal/average, nothing wrong and a lot to improve. Location was very convenient if you plan to wander around the old town and the southwest section of the centrum.
