We had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Hotel The Dome Belek and would be very happy to return. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and the team was always friendly, welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed the restaurants, and Sofra was a particular highlight — delicious food, a lovely atmosphere and great service. The food overall was excellent, and the golf experience was fantastic as well. The only small point for improvement would be the beach, where a little more staff presence and attention would make the experience even better. However, everyone we interacted with was very pleasant and professional. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the whole team for your hospitality — we will definitely be happy to come back!
The check in was good. The red dress staff was attentive. However, we were not able to get into their à la carte restaurant Sopra and since were only there 3 nights, never got to use it. The check in staff should have had us make reservations at the onset. Food and drinks were very mediocre. Buffet style so no quality with lots of quantity. The room staff the last night only made our bed. The dirty tea cups were not cleared, washroom sinks were not cleaned, towels not folded and tea bags were never replaced in our entire stay. Lastly, we arranged a hotel car to the airport and despite it was 4X the price of taxi-dropped us off wrongly at the international terminal when we were flying domestic. We provided all our flight details to the front desk when we booked the ride and they still got it wrong. We realized after already went through first security. We had to take a airport shuttle bus to the domestic terminal and nearly missed our flight. We will not be returning.
We had an absolutely wonderful holiday experience at Kempinski Hotel. Everything was top-notch, but what made our stay truly unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of the Lady in Red team. A special thanks to Ayşe and Devrim for their outstanding service! They helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay and were always there with a warm smile. Beyond being immensely helpful, they are wonderfully fun, energetic, and lovely ladies who added so much joy to our vacation.
Our stay at Kempinski Belek was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were extremely satisfied with everything. The hotel delivered exactly what we expect from the Kempinski brand – a high standard, exceptional comfort, excellent service, and great attention to detail. We stayed in a Lagoon Villa, which was beautiful, spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. It offered everything we needed for a relaxing holiday, including plenty of privacy and the highest level of comfort. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant. We were also very impressed with the food. The selection was excellent, the dishes were fresh, delicious, and of very high quality. Every day there was a wide variety to choose from, and we particularly appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the presentation of the food. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our entire stay. It was clear that guest satisfaction is genuinely a priority for the hotel. We definitely recommend will happy to return ✨👍🏼
