The staff are lovely, very friendly, and always willing to help. The service truly deserves 5 stars! They even notice small issues themselves and correct them without guests having to say anything, which shows how attentive and professional they are. The resort is very large and offers a fantastic range of facilities and amenities. Everything is well organized, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The only thing that could make the experience even more exciting would be a wider variety of activities and entertainment throughout the day. Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated the outstanding hospitality!
We booked 10 days in June 2026 and everything was perfect. We had booked a simple double room and got an upgrade for free on arrival. They gave us a family room with 2 double beds. Because I was there with my mother this was very convenient. We were located in the main bungalow area with pools all around our room. There were always enough sunbeds available and it seemed like there were not too many people in the pool area because the pools are huge and nicely distributed. The food was great as well and the members of the staff were very friendly and offered great service. Everything was taken care of and they had little golf carts bringing you to the beach or your hotel room. Overall great experience and very relaxing holidays. Only downside: There's not much around the hotel to discover... you have to drive to Rhodes centre if you want to see something.
Went to this amazing complex in June. The rooms are in blocks of one storey accommodation, each with its own swimming pool, sunbeds, and umbrellas. The staff cannot do enough for you, the service is excellent, the food is delicious. There are local bus stops on the main road, in front of the hotel, by the supermarket. We travelled to Rhodes Airport with Tui, our guide antonius was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had a great holiday and are returning there next May.
This hotel made our holiday. Beautiful hotel. Food and drinks were all spectacular. Our room was perfect for our needs travelling with 2 teenage boys as we had 2 separate rooms with a dividing door. Pools were lush! Super cooling and excellent water quality. Such a peaceful place to be and away from all the hustle and bustle of busy lindos and Rhodes old town. Beach was one 5 -7 min walk but they even taxi you there for free on a golf buggy! Just remember to pack trousers for men 16 and over as there is a dress code in the dining room.
The hotel truly delivers both highs and lows. Starting with the positives: - Staff (with exceptions noted further down...): The majority of the staff were incredibly friendly and made you as a guest feel welcome and seen. Incredibly warm towards our children (2 years and 9 months). Special mention to the staff at the Da Vinci breakfast, but also the staff at lunch at Gondola, and last but not least the guys who assist at the reception with luggage. Outstanding! - Facilities: The hotel is incredibly beautiful! Lovely spaces and there are plenty of pools! - The bubble party for the children: An external company organises this at the hotel every Tuesday and Friday. Very much appreciated by the children and the organisers were very engaged! The more negative: - Reception staff: We have travelled quite a bit and stayed at many different types of hotels of varying standards, but we have never encountered such rude and arrogant receptionists. It was primarily two members of staff who worked the morning/day shift during our stay. No eye contact, an arrogant tone, and they made you as a guest feel both unwelcome and like a nuisance. The most natural questions (e.g. restaurant opening hours or the price of the buffet) were met with a condescending look and references to the fact that this information had already been provided at check-in. We also observed this behaviour towards other guests and towards their colleagues who were helping guests with luggage. - Opening hours: This may be more of a personal preference, but we have very early-rising children, and the pools having strict opening hours between 10 and 18 was not ideal. The fact that there was also no restaurant with more flexible opening hours was not ideal for us. We would have appreciated having some kind of simple à la carte option with food available throughout the day, so that it would be possible to have an early lunch at, say, 11, or an early dinner at 17. - The coffee...: We love coffee. And the coffee in the restaurants was undrinkable, while the coffee at the Coffee House was incredibly good. Very strange not to serve the same coffee in all the restaurants. We would even have no problem paying for a really good cappuccino, but the Coffee House didn't open until 11... - The bath towels: A very strange system with the bath towels. If we understood correctly, they are changed every other day, but in order to have them replaced you need to leave them in the room when the housekeeping staff are there, which means you cannot take your bath towels to the pool on that day. - The restaurants: For all à la carte restaurants, you need to book a table at least a day in advance via an app. Despite the restaurants being half-empty, booking is not possible on certain days. Incredibly difficult to be spontaneous, which you sometimes want the option to be on holiday. Overall, it is a hotel with a lot of potential, but for us there are too many things that grate. Many may be our personal preferences, but in our view they are relatively easy to fix. The reception staff, however, is what affects our experience the most — and in a negative direction.
