Loved our stay here. Staff were all superb. Food was great. Some nights better than others but always lots of variety and different every day.
Room was great and clean. Super comfy beds and lovely bathroom.
Location is superb. Beautiful views and so close to a gorgeous beach. It’s a great area with really nice bars on the promenade.
Our daughter too old for kids clubs now but the younger kids were having a great time.

Hello!
Our stay at your hotel left us with wonderful impressions. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view of the waterfront.
The food was delicious and offered a great variety of choices every day.
Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable. We would be happy to visit again in the future!
First time to the island and this hotel allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our time. We had a side sea view room and it gave a beautiful view onto the sea and the sunrise. The room was very pleasant. The staff of the hotel are generally very professional and nice. The food variety very good. We came end of April so the overall area was lively but not packed nor crowded.
We had a really good room with the most amazing view of the harbour, watched all the activities that were happening in the sea. The beds were comfy, shower was amazing after a long day at the beach. I really recommend this place and will definitely be looking to come back maybe next year for a short stay. We went to the beach everyday as it was easier than having to get the best spot at the pool. The pool looked lovely but we didn’t want to fight for sunbeds and be sat in the shade so we didn’t risk it and took ourselves to the beach. That’s not the hotels fault though just our personal preferences. Everything was easy to navigate in the hotel, it’s in a perfect spot, surrounded by bars and food places and you never run out of choice. We came last year to Palmanova but stayed in another hotel and saw this one and thought it looks lovely and glad we made the choice to stay here, even if it was for only 4 nights. But thankyou to all of your staff, lovely and extremely helpful.
Our overall stay was ok, considering we paid for all inclusive we spent most of our time away from the resort. Food was ok but not a lot of variety. Pictures are very deceiving, I wouldn’t say this is a 4star hotel, general feel of hotel and room is ok but very run down and we found the pool tables and the restaurant tables were not always cleaned or cleared adequately. The location was the only selling point for us having direct access to the beach and strip of restaurants and bars along the beach. The view from our room was lovely overlooking the sea. Overall we wish we had gone bed and breakfast and not wasted our time with all inclusive. The pool area is very small, there was not enough beds for all the guests and we therefore ended up paying for beds on the beach.
