We have just returned from an incredible stay at Lindos Imperial, and honestly couldn’t fault it. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond throughout our holiday to make sure we had the best experience.
Travelling as a family with young children, this hotel was absolutely perfect. There was so much for the kids to do, and they were entertained from morning until night. The activity pool was fantastic, the water slides were a huge hit, and the entertainment team brought so much energy and fun every single day.
The food exceeded all of our expectations. There was such a huge variety at every meal and the à la carte restaurants really added a touch of luxury.
We stayed in a swim-up room, and it completely made our holiday, I would highly recommend if you want that special touch. Having direct access to the pool was such a luxury, especially with young children, and it was the perfect place to relax while the kids splashed around.
Every member of staff we came across was friendly, hardworking and genuinely cared about making guests feel looked after. Their attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out.
This was one of the best family holidays we’ve had, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. If you’re looking for a fun, relaxing, family-friendly resort with fantastic facilities, amazing food and exceptional staff, Lindos Imperial is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!
Hotel and staff were amazing. The rooms are very nice (we had a beautiful sea view) and cleaned really well each day. Reception staff helpful. Plenty of choice at the buffet. Pools were great and animation team were great. Only thing is the shows are too late for small children (8.30pm and 9.30pm) which was disappointing. The hotel itself doesnt have anything around it so no shops to walk to or different restaurants to try nearby. We got a taxi to Lindos and Pefki and both were about 10 minutes but quite expensive. There is a bus service but with small children taxis were easier. Also the transfer from the airport is over an hour. The a la carte restaurants in the hotel are easy to book once you are there, plenty of sunbeds, towels are from the spa. The hotel is a little bit hilly but plenty of lifts around. A lovely hotel.
We had a wonderful family holiday at Lindos Imperial. The hotel is beautiful, the food was delicious with plenty of choice, and the facilities were excellent. The highlight of our stay was definitely the animation team. They were incredibly friendly, energetic, and made every day fun for both adults and children. Their activities, entertainment, and positive attitude made our holiday truly unforgettable. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We would happily come back!
I spent a lovely week at the hotel and I’d like to highlight a couple of things that were outstanding for us.
Right at arrival the reception staff was beyond helpful. During our staying we could turn to them with any questions, they had a big smile on their face and provided the informations we needed. Same goes to the Guest relation team, they helped with the à la carte reservations and acted immediately to help with anything.
Big thanks to the bartenders at the bars. The mood was always very good, they were welcoming and they were very friendly. The drinks and food were amazing. And the main restaurant’s buffet there were so many options, we could eat something new every day. On top of this there are many snack bars in the facility, which we enjoyed a lot. The mood at the activity pool was amazing, we enjoyed the nightly entertainments a lot!! The hotel is beautiful, the location is very good, our room was amazing. We enjoyed our holiday and most definitely we are returning next year!!
Great family holiday in late August, however there isn't much near the hotel!
Lovely rooms which were clean and had room service everyday.
The food in the main dining area was standard buffet food that catered for every need, nothing amazing but enough to get by.
The Italian & Steak restaurants were pretty good, it's a 3 course meal, with just a few options for each course.
With it being peak season and the school holidays, it was difficult to get a booking at the Steak restaurant, however Tsampika from guest relations went above and beyond to get us a reservation to celebrate my partners birthday!
The resort has an app which you can book restaurants, see the entertainment schedule and some other bits, this is really useful.
The resort is over a very big area and has several blocks of rooms and most have swimming pools. It was a bit of a maze at first, but we soon found our way around. Be aware that these blocks are over several levels, so we found that having our room near the relax pool and wanting to be in the activity pool, we had a fairly long walk and to get there all of it was up hill.
The resort does have a concierge service that will take you on a golf buggies to your room when you check in and out, this was helpful. I assume if your mobility isn't great, then this service would be available to get to the restaurants and pools etc.
For us personally, we found that not having much nearby the hotel let it down. Yes it's all inclusive, but we do enjoy going for a wander and occasionally eating out, however we only did this as the nearest open bar was a 30 minute walk away.
If you like to be in resort for your whole holiday then this is a great place, if you like to get out a little bit, then maybe this isn't the place for you.
Overall, we had a great time and would return here if we wanted somewhere where we just wanted to stay in the resort.
