This would've been 5 stars if it wasn't for one lady behind reception and a few niggly bits. Food was great, themed nights, something for everyone. (Even picky people.) Entertainment is great, the two ladies that go around are fantastic. Multiple pools to choose from however some of my niggly bits would be the indoor pool needs a revamp and the main outdoor pools need cleaning better. Bar can have a queue most times of the day but it's really not that big of a deal to wait a few minutes to be served, could be solved by having an extra person here but again no big deal. Rooms were great absolutely no faults here. 2 minutes from the beach and 1 minute from all the shops and restaurants so location is spot on. The main reason I felt I could not leave 5 stars was we were given the wrong room on day 1, when we spoke to reception the lady behind the desk at the time was rude and made us feel like it was our fault for inconveniencing them. This left a bad taste in our mouths despite having an absolutly amazing holiday besides this. HOWEVER they did send us an apology note and some deserts to make up for it. All in all, if you get the right room straight away and they can clean and revamp the pools this would be a perfect spot to come back to.
As it was mentioned before, this is not 4* and I would not recommend it to stay with all inclusive option, especially with kids. The hotel is quite old already, all pools are really small, especially indoor. Gym is not a gym at all, the equipment is very tired and placed in corridor between sauna and bar. The bar is smelling like a hell, I couldn't stay there more than 5 min. But unfortunately we had to pass it every day from the apartment building to the restaurant. It's 5 minutes from the sea, but you have to walk through all small shops and bars. It was also a reconstruction in the main street at that time which increased our walk by 5 min. The food is acceptable but not delicious even wine finished 1 hour before closing. Tasteless coffe is available only in the morning. In total would not recommend to stay more than 2 days.
Excellent location! Spacious and comfortable apartment with a separate bedroom and kitchen. Daily cleaning was a nice touch, and the beach is just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay.
We had a lovely holiday, the staff absolutely adored our baby. The photo they use to advertise the hotel is very misleading, the fountain above the pool has had the wire cut, no water comes out and it doesn’t look like it has in a long time! The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels, they provided a lovely travel cot in the room for little one. The walls and the balcony door are most definitely not sound proof, could hear a pin drop; disturbed little ones sleep throughout the night and ours sadly. Only one elevator worked for half the stay and the other was fixed within a few days. Main entrance door didn’t work, which meant using the side door (handy for us with a pram) but not a good look upon walking up to the hotel. The first few days there was slim to no ice cream. The Que for a drink is ridiculous, soft drinks need to be available for guests to poor (like in the dining room) to save time for guests and staff. Not too sure if they are understaffed on the bar (as we went just when the season was beginning) but there was dirty cups and plates stacked all across the left side of the bar which was unappealing. Not too sure how often the pool gets scooped out but there was dirt in there from when we first went plus added extra. The “pool” cleaner just used a hose pipe to “clean” around the pool, blowing bits into the pool and around the sides. The heated pool was lovely! Inside area in there was spotless! The restaurant was lovely and was something for everyone, they either need to have another person on the grill or add more grills; because the Que was ridiculous! Only one entertainer on (she was amazing) but they definitely need another to boost morale around the pool area, maybe abit of music around the pool? Overall was a good 5 night stay but definitely a lot of room for improvement!
All inclusive well worth the money. The food was lovely, with different options every mealtime. The pool is clean, the staff are lovely and friendly, and really made the holiday. No complaints.
