We loved so much our megasaray hotel holiday. Everything was perfect, organised well…
October festival was amazing, we really surprised.
Hotel is generally so clean and room cleaning was good.
Personal was so friendly and helpful.
Food was good but diversity could be more.
Eventually we really like our holiday and thank Tolga and Elia
We rested here with the family, a great option for a vacation with children. Pools, slides, access to the sea is comfortable. The rooms are clean and cleaned regularly. Very tasty food, a good selection of meat and fish.
Also very nice staff. We turned to the guest manager Hilal, she helped us a lot to solve all our questions, and did everything possible for our comfortable stay. Thank you!
Great family holiday again, but with a few minor changes. We returned to the same hotel as a family this June 26 because we were very satisfied last year. It is generally a very family-friendly hotel. The surroundings and overall environment are beautiful. The pools, water slides, and the beach were excellent and perfectly suited our needs. Accommodation & Service:The rooms were perfectly clean. Although the room/bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, it didn't bother us... We highly appreciate that the management met our request regarding the room location. When we had a problem with the air conditioning, the staff resolved it quickly. Our only general remark is that the air conditioning units felt quite noisy. Food & Entertainment:The food was rich, varied, and very tasty again, with the themed dinners being a great highlight. The evening programs and pool activities were fun and kept us well entertained this year too. Critique regarding the children's program:Compared to last year, we noticed a weaker evening mini-disco. The program didn't really entertain the kids this time. The music selection wasn't ideal, and the animators' attitude seemed a bit lukewarm compared to last summer. Furthermore, we had to point out that the sound volume was unnecessarily loud.Despite these minor issues, we had a wonderful stay and would still recommend this hotel to other families!
A very enjoyable holiday. Great service at the bars restaurants and a varied selection of shows. The rooms could be cleaner and the mini fridge stocked more frequently. Drinks were good, but more variety and consistency in the cocktails would make this better. Big thank you to Fırat from the entertainment team who was always enthusiastic, friendly and chatty and made a big impact on our stay. He is a great asset to the Megasaray team and leaves a lasting impression
We had a wonderful stay at Megasaray Resort Side. Everything was great – the rooms, service, food, beach, pools, aquapark and the location. The hotel is also very family-friendly and there is plenty to do for children. A special mention goes to the Mini Club team, who organized great activities for the kids every afternoon, as well as fun evening programs every day. Our children really enjoyed it!
We would also like to thank the Guest Relations team, especially Tolga and Elif, for their kindness, helpfulness and professional approach. They were always friendly and ready to help whenever we needed anything.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to families with children. We would happily come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
