A wonderful hotel—no crowds or queues at the bar, and no hassle finding sun loungers. The food was delicious with a huge selection; the all-inclusive package also included snacks at the bar. It is located right next to a sandy beach, close to a sports club offering parasailing. The gym is equipped with two treadmills, three exercise bikes, a stair climber, several multi-gym stations, and a corner with a mat and weights. There is an island-style pool and a separate adults-only area, as well as a volleyball court and a kids' club. Amenities include a ping-pong table, a coin-operated pool table, and a few arcade games. The air conditioning worked efficiently, and everything was spotless. Huge kudos to the staff—in the lobby, restaurant, and bar, as well as the housekeeping team—you were all wonderful. The atmosphere was international and very civilized; we enjoyed watching the ongoing football championship matches together. We had a fantastic time as a family. Thank you—I highly recommend it.
We stayed at the hotel for 1 week and it was great. The hotel was very good, clean rooms. The food was delicious different every night. The staff was always nice and welcoming. The beach is very close and sandy, the hotel has its own sunbeds. Special thank you to Gosia from animation team that made our holiday so special. She always made us feel included in every activity and always has a smile on her face. The pool party on Saturday was also amazing, lots of fun, music and games.
Melissi Beach Hotel has given us a fantastic Ayia Napa, Cyprus experience! The hotel is clean, the staff are kind and attentive, and everything we needed was on hand. The beach is just a stone throw from our room, and the all inclusive experience allowed us to fully relax.
Sotos was a fantastic waiter who kept the drinks flowing throughout the week, always with a smile and a laugh! He went above and beyond to make our holiday special and was one of the highlights of our stay.

Excellent hotel! Very clean, and the food was great. Sotos at the bar and Nikos at the pool bar were excellent, but overall, all of the staff were friendly and willing to help with anything. There were daily swimming pool activities for both us and the kids. Plus, the beach right next to the hotel is one of the best!
Location is great, room was tidy and very clean, no humid inside, no mold in the bathroom area, pool, including sun-beds were very clean, the beach is 20 steps away from the sun-bed area and it is very comfortable to swim and then relax.
Staff is absolutely amazing, super friendly and polite.
I would visit this hotel again with great pleasure.
