Rooms are quite OK, but there are some broken things (not all lamps work, some parts of the floor wants additional glue and so on).
The closest beach is 8-10mins of walk (be prepared on this beach there are no sunbeds that can be rented).
Would be nice to have anti mosquito nets on all windows.
There is a dedicated free parking for guests.
Breakfasts are average, dinners are really good.
But the real star of this hotel is the head chef, who personally and not politely controls how many desserts guests are allowed to take at dinner. To be honest, this is the first hotel I've ever stayed at where something like this happens..
Hotel was OK, felt a bit dissjointed as in two halves, straddling a road. Several pools scattered over site. One small bar by main pool, small indoor area with barely any seating if weather not great.
Rooms ok, although we changed from our first allocated room as it was at the top of a steep hill, and although we don't have mobility issues, it was a struggle to walk up there. The 2 beds in the first room were like kids beds, but we managed for the first night, then we were able to move rooms. The second room was better and on the other side of the road and closer to restaurant and bar.
The room had obviously been used as a self catering unit as it had a small kitchenette area.
We went into Kassiopi most days as there was so little to do at the hotel.
The walk was around 20 minutes downhill, took longer coming back.
Kassiopi is a nice place with a pretty harbour and a few tavernas to have drink and food.
Sadly this experience put me of visiting Corfu again, although I'm sure there are some livelier areas on the island.
We were given a room which we sparsely furnished and not very welcoming, also no view at all and the toilet bin hadn’t been emptied. We didn’t complain at that point but after one night sleeping in there we had to, we both had no sleep at all as the bed was so hard, a plank, even gave me a bruise on my hip. So we went to reception who then gave us a upgraded room, yes the bed was mildly better but not much, only 2 curtains across 4 windows so privacy was a big issue as we were road facing. Tiles in bathroom really needed a good scrub too, also no safe in room. We were half board and my partner attempted the breakfast but soon regretted it as ended up with a bad tummy for 2 days. The pool snack bar did no food what so ever we were told due to lack of staff but seemed that the chef just liked sitting by the pool smoking. Sadly for what they advertised it was not up to standard and being the distance away from the harbour didn’t help. We will not stay there again.
We stayed in block 4 and the rooms were modern and comfortable. There was a small kitchenette and fridge. We were all inclusive and the food was good. There was always a selection and it was tasty.
There are 4 pools to chose from and there was always sun loungers available. Most days we were the only ones sat at the reception pool.
Its a nice walk to Avlaki beach or walk into kassiopi harbour.
Absolutely shocking place , it’s like a prison. Very old fashioned, the 2 small swimming pools are so dirty they are unbelievable!
Food is non edible
Mangers on reception rude . Demanding cash asap
Locks on room door unsafe
No locks on the pool toilets
Pool showers are ice cold
Lots of nicer hotels around
