A truly excellent and highly recommended hotel. The rooms are clean, and the staff are kind and attentive.
The main buffet staff are incredibly accommodating, and the food is delicious every day. The staff at the creperie are also very kind—especially the man who cooks the crepes during the evening shift, don't know his name but he's very friendly, skilled, and makes delicious crepes.
Perfect for family and especially couple like us! We'll definitely keep coming back to Norida
We have had a truly lovely stay at Mitsis Norida and have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. The hotel is beautiful, and the pool area was one of our favourite places to relax, with plenty of space and a wonderful atmosphere.
What really made our stay so special was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was welcoming and friendly.
We especially loved spending our evenings in the Casablanca Bar where the staff were amazing!
The staff in the main restaurant were always great aswell.
Thank you, we had an amazing stay!

Overall, we had a very positive experience. The hotel is beautiful, located in a stunning setting with breathtaking views. Another big advantage is its close proximity to the airport.
The rooms were clean and serviced every day. We would especially like to thank the housekeeping staff, particularly Dorona from Armenia, who was always friendly and kind. The entire hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. We are especially grateful for their assistance in helping us find our lost bag. We would also like to mention Giannis, the bartender at Navarone Pool Bar, who was exceptionally friendly and professional.
On the downside, there are a lot of stairs throughout the hotel, which can be tiring, especially in hot weather. The pool water was definitely too cold, and there were not enough sun loungers by the pools, making it difficult to find a free one. We also felt that there could be more attractions for children. Since the pool water was so cold, children could not spend much time swimming, and there were not many other activities available to keep them entertained.
Despite these few drawbacks, we really enjoyed our stay and left with wonderful memories.
The whole experience at the hotel was nothing but amazing! We have stayed at a few resorts in Greece, but have never experienced such kindness and happiness across the whole hotel staff as we have at Mitsis Norida. From the reception team, to all the waiters, everyone was extremely polite, kind and happy. The room view was gorgeous and the beach is extremely close and offers great facilities and gorgeous views of the crystal clear water.
I would like to say a special thank you and mention to the entertainment team, the 4 gentleman who were part of the team the first week of the hotel opening. We have never experienced an entertainment team like them before! So happy and funny! Very easy to talk to and always greet us when they see us! What a wonderful team they are!
With no hesitation, we would return to Mitsis Norida.
P.s the pizza on the beach and crepes are amazing too! And so is the staff there!
I spent one week at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed my time here and felt very comfortable throughout my vacation.
The buffet was the only aspect that I found a bit disappointing, as I thought the selection could have been more extensive. However, the à la carte restaurants were excellent, with delicious food and great quality.
A big thank you to Angelo, Julianna, Stratos,Joy, Ervis Stella and Eliana for their friendly service. Special thanks to Thanasis for his delicious cocktails.
I would be happy to come back :)
