Fabulous 👌
AMAZING room/suite overlooking the sea room 752 we can HIGHLY recommend!! It is STUNNING!!
Herson the bar tender in the main bar is great - very attentive ( even produced a new straw when my paper 1 started to go floppy & I hadn't even mentioned it!! 😳 What a SUPERSTAR!!)
GORGEOUS 'real cocktails ' ( not made up in a jug like so many hotels do!
Highly recommended!! ❤️
I would like to say that the Misis Royal Mare Hotel is fantastic in every way. Especially where I had my brunch witch was called The Pacifico. The Staff there were fantastic and very courteous in every way ,which was a delight. The team there run by Afrodite was excellent. The service was great. Plus all the staff at the hotel from Managers to the Cleaning staff are excellent. The room was great. Food was excellent. Mark Beasmore.
We stayed at Mitsis Royal Mare in Crete last year and had a very pleasant experience. The resort is very large and offers pretty much everything you could need for a relaxing holiday, while still being well organized and comfortable.
The staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and helpful. The a la carte restaurants were also very good, although I would strongly recommend making reservations in advance, as the popular times can fill up quickly.
The hotel itself has a beautiful design and we really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the resort. Our room was a little older, but still comfortable, quiet, and had a very nice sea view, which made a big difference.
The beach is stony, but we actually enjoyed it. The beach staff were particularly helpful — they were attentive, helped us find sunbeds, and were happy to bring drinks.
A nice bonus was the car rental directly in the hotel lobby. The gentleman running it was very professional and made the whole process easy.
Overall, Royal Mare gave us exactly what we wanted: a beautiful and spacious resort, attentive service, good food, a comfortable room, and a great base for enjoying Crete.
We loved our stay, amazing resort and such good and great service. Loved the room. At every bar and restaurant we had the best experience and very good drinks and food. Loved the beach and the men at the beach bar amazing cocktails and service. And at the main bar the minos bar we had the pleasure of meeting Herson, he is great. He got us the most amazing cocktails and the best and sweetest service. 10/10. We also did a photoshoot at the resort with Emy. He was so frendly and amazing also a 10/10
Unforgettable stay at Mitsis Royal Mare!
Everything was fantastic, from the staff to the atmosphere. A huge thank you to Vasilis (hope I spelled that right!) and Michalis for the unbelievable cocktails! Their constant smiles, positive energy, and contagious good mood made every evening special. We felt welcome and truly cared for throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to come back! :)
A massive thank you to Louis and Morgan! They are absolutely top-tier. Always smiling, incredibly friendly, and full of great energy. They truly made our stay so much fun and brought such a dynamic atmosphere to the hotel. Thanks for everything, guys!
