We stayed for a week with a six and eight year old and this was our first time at a Mitsis resort. The first impressions were good and the champagne and golf cart to your room is a nice touch on arrival. Would I stay again? Absolutely. The staff work tirelessly and a special mention to the crepe boys and the young lady working in the sweet corner (which our kids obviously loved) it’s busy and hot but they do a lovely service and should be praised. The food is very nice, we were fortunate to get a booking before our trip for most of the a la carte restaurants which didn’t disappoint. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was all cooked fresh, with plenty of selection and you are always greeted with a smile. Only improvement is unfortunately the sun beds, this does need to be dealt with. Selfish guests reserving beds and going on day trips and not returning back to the beds until around 6pm, or guests that reserve at 6am to get “prime spots”. Strange behaviour but didn’t ruin our experience and we always got sun beds so don’t let it put you off staying. The room was well presented and made up everyday with the mini bar completely restocked in the morning. All the staffing across the board was to a high standard and I cannot praise them all enough. Lastly. If you like your morning cappuccino, head up to the Lobby bar for the best coffee in the resort.
We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everything was very clean, and the service was excellent. The restaurant was honestly one of the best we’ve ever experienced — incredible service, delicious food, and everything was fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared. It truly felt like a Michelin-star restaurant! A special thank you to Stam, who was absolutely amazing! Every time we needed something, she was there immediately and provided fast, professional, and wonderful service. Highly recommended! We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful family holiday at Blue Domes! 🌞 We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed every moment of our holiday. The à la carte restaurants were excellent 🍽️✨ At the main restaurant the food are delicious!! We have amazing choices every morning!! ! Elisabeth hostess of the restaurant she is a perfect and so hospitality woman!!! My family love her!! She is always smily and helpful with all of us!!! ! The pools were always clean and well maintained 🏊♀️💙, and the entire resort was beautiful and very well cared for. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help 😊👏. A beautiful stay. We cannot stress enough how wonderdul our stay has been. The staff have been amazing everywhere. The guests relations booking in our à la carte meals, the housekeeping staff who cared for our rooms beautifully. The staff at all the bars who delivered waiter service, even on the beach with drinks. All of the staff at the à la carte restaurants were incredible. We tried them all during our stay and recommend every one. Stam in the restaurant was so helpful and kind. If you book a holiday here you are in for a treat. You will return home a new person.
